**THIS IS A LEGAL VACATION RENTAL** This Ilikai city view condo has been remodeled. This large studio has (2) double beds and and a full sized sofa sleeper. It will accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the LCD flat screen TV, cook a gourmet meal in the modern fully equipped kitchen, or relax on the spacious 120sf lanai!

Open granite kitchen, custom cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy home cooking during your stay, including a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and all the basic cookware, dishware, and utensils.

Free high-speed internet and WI-fi provided, with dedicated router in the room for great connectivity and speed. A/C keeps you cool inside and the spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor relaxing and classic in-room private resort dining. Located in a prime location adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center or the bustling nightlife of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana and steps away from Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. And with the water just outside your door, we've even provided 2 beach chairs for your use when you're ready for your fun day in the sun!

Parking is available and is paid directly on site: $45/day valet parking. at the Ilikai, $33/day self-parking at the Marina Garage next door, or self parking in the harbor lots behind the hotel for $1/hr with the ability to ad time by phone or online. (*Parking rates subject to change)

Vintage Honolulu

Ilikai Resort is one of the vintage properties in Honolulu and they're pretty proud of it. The room itself was good. The kitchen was great. The bathroom needs an update and as will happen in the tropics, there were some bugs but nothing that worried or bothered us. The door on the unit is a little finicky and it would appear that there are more renovations on the horizon for this unit. The balcony is a real treat - people watching over the bustling city was fun! Overall, the stay was good and the resort itself is ideal - the lobby/deck area is outstanding, it's close to everything without paying Waikiki prices. there is a small ABC style shop in the lobby, a poke shop and close to Ala Moana shopping center! We really enjoyed our time at this property and would stay here again. Heads up on the parking situation - if you choose to valet - it's quite chaotic. Give yourself time to park or to get your car.

Missing forks, missing sheets, bad mattress, the sofa does not sleeps 2 people! Holes in sheets, painting on shelves chips out, towel bar in bathroom is falling down when you put a towel on it. Sand on the floor when we checked-in. Lights not working. Only half of them do and when I mentioned it to property manager, no one dared to change or update. Hard to open the windows and when you do screws are falling from somewhere. NOT WORTH the price we paid for the week, or renew/ improve the place if you keep asking that price!! Rest of the hotel is great, area and walkable from beach/ lagoon.

Good Family Location

Rental was exactly what we needed. Very clean when we arrived. The property managers were very quick to respond. They even had beach chairs, boards, mats for the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Good price and the pools are nice. location convenient, furniture worn, tv was difficult to turn on (despite instructions), full kitchen but absolutely NO seasonings etc. not even salt and pepper. Park at the marina in the back, way better price.

Close to beach but trouble with elevators

Overall, the property was clean and as shown, however the building has been having continuous problems with their elevators breaking down. Also, the beds are very small and the 3rd 'bed' was a fold down, tiny and extremely uncomfortable.

We love staying at the Ilikai

We needed one night in Honolulu before heading to Kauai The unit was just the right size for four people and we love having a full kitchen The kitchen was a little dirty there was food in the bottom of the sink and we had to wash the dishes before we used them because they had food stuck on them but overall we were comfortable and happy to stay in familiar surroundings

Great location

Overall we had a good stay, we were under the impression there was a bedroom with a door to close to it, which would have made things easier with the kids. Also with the electrical issues here it, the restaurant was closed and the fine dinning was ok. Overall it’s a great location with good pool options. We had a good stay, if we come back we will try to find a 2 bedroom to make things easier with the kiddos.

My family and I had a wonderful first time stay in Hawaii. The location was perfect for our kids and the room had everything we needed to have groceries and cook meals on the nights we stayed in.The owner answered right away when I had a question and was very kind.

Mom’s 70th birthday

This rental is great! It’s in a perfect location. Spotless, modern, safe & comfortable. The hotel is beautiful w/a lot of amenities. Lots of shopping nearby. Tour pickup spot at ABC store is very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it. My only recommendation would be to book this rental directly through Aloha Reality. I booked it through VRBO and paid fees. I found the same listing on Aloha Reality’s website minutes after I deposited on VRBO & asked if I could have a refund and rebook through Aloha Realty and was told no. That was my only disappointment because the difference was hundreds of dollars.

Just what we needed as a family of 6.

While planning our trip to Hawaii, we knew we would not be at the accommodation for long periods of time, so this place was mainly used as a place to sleep and shower and this completely fit our needs. The place is not perfect by any means, such as the floor which we had to sweep (as there were sandy buts on the floor that made it weird to walk on) but this was easily remedied and did not negatively affect our trip. One thing that did affect our stay was the shower that stopped draining properly on our 2nd day there. I’ve been made aware that this is a common issue in Hawaii and after contacted the property manager, they got in touch with me and had a plumber come to fix the issue which we really appreciated and really speaks volumes as to how much they care about their listing and guest experience! Overall we recommend this listing and look forward to staying there again!

This was a very uncomfortable stay. The property was not at all “newly renovated.” Maybe it was renovated 10 years ago. It was not cleaned to my expectations. The sofa had huge stains, closet doors off the tracks, cigarette burns on comforter. The water in the bathroom sink stinks. We had to purchase water to brush our teeth. We bought shower shoes to wear and throw out when we left. The hotel was nice but our room left a lot to be desired.
