It is ideally located near CENTQUATRE-PARIS. You can stroll through a lively neighborhood and discover the atmosphere of the surrounding sites!

Located in Paris, my accommodation is charming and is in a private residence. It is suitable for a tourist or professional stay, with friends or family, with a capacity of up to 4 people.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a beautiful lounge area to relax in after an intense day. You will have at your disposal during your stay: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a BALCONY which will be appreciated in summer, day or night!
The apartment is ideally located near the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (13 min walk), the Bassin de la Villette (5 min walk) and the Parc de Belleville (17 min walk).
La Villette is a 10-minute walk away and the Canal de l'Ourq is 15 minutes away. You will be very well served by public transportation: the Louvre Museum is 17 minutes away by metro line 7, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 28 minutes away by metro line 7 and the Eiffel Tower is 37 minutes away by metro lines 8 and 7.
You will find many shops nearby such as a Carrefour City at 5 minutes walking distance and a Supermarket Casino at 8 minutes. You can also take advantage of the market at Place des Fêtes every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

From Gare du Nord station : 13 minutes by car.
