Our stay was perfect! The fenced back yard for our dogs was an absolute godsend. Board game selection was top notch and there was something for everybody. Hot tub was clean and relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to he back!

Great house and location

Beautiful home in a beautiful private setting with a large yard.House very well equipped with nice furnishingsSpacious for a family of 6 and 2 small dogs.Quick responses from owner and easy check in and check out process.We plan to return next year for our annual family trip.

Hot Springs R&R

We're familiar with Hot Springs Bathhouse Row, but wanted a more homey week long stay. Rural Beauty was perfect. We enjoy cooking fancy new recipes, and making treats. The kitchen was absolutely perfect for everything we did. Living room and bedrooms were very comfortable also. The hot tub was a big plus. We will definitely return!

Home Away From Home

We stayed 27 days while our home was being remodeled, would have stayed longer if property was available. Very convenient, all amenities we needed, beautiful grounds and the yard and hot tub were a bonus! The listing says 1 bathroom but there are 2 bathrooms! Met several neighbors while walking dog, such a great location …highly recommend!

Spacious getaway

We enjoyed this property! We loved the spacious lot, large large backyard, hot tub, huge (and I mean huge 100+) board game collection, rural location yet ten minutes to town, etc. I only have a few very minor drawbacks, but I would still book this property again… 1. most of the board games were for ages 12+ (it would be great if a few younger kid board games were added), 2. when I went to cook something, several of the burners weren’t working so some minor maintenance needed there, 3. The security deposit is several thousand which seems high but I get it with the value of the games, allowing pets, and they were relatively fast to return it. The only other thing to note is there are not a lot of food options close by…maybe two or three places are 5 mins away. however, you can be in main hot springs in 10-15 mins so it wasn’t a problem for us, just worth noting. By the second or third night, I noticed the king bed wasn’t that comfy, but the guest queen was super comfy, so maybe add a mattress topper or something on the king. Overall, great stay, great place, quiet yet convenient location…happy we booked it!

Great getaway in Hot Springs, AR.

This property is exactly as described by the owner. It has a great open floor plan with a very large master suite on one end and and two nice sized bedrooms on the other. It will comfortably accommodate a group of 6 and a dog or two. The backyard is great for dogs! It's huge! Our little Chihuahua loved it. There is a nice deck out back with a very nice hot tub. My daughter used the hot tub, but mid July is not the best time for a hot soak so I opted out. The kitchen has every thing you need to prepare, cook, and serve food. There was a charcoal grill on the deck we did not use - we went out each night. There are two TVs - none in the bedrooms though. The collection of board and card games is amazing - you've probably not heard of most of them! The beds are very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. Best part is that it's located in a very quiet and nice heavily wooded neighborhood and you don't really see the neighboring homes due to the trees and vegetation. It feels secluded, but it's only a few minutes to anywhere you want to go in Hot Springs. We would absolutely stay there again.

Family visit

The loveliest stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Pictures do not do this space justice. We loved having a huge backyard for our dog. The lawn was perfectly manicured. The inside of the house was spotless. We even decided to extend our trip because of how much we were enjoying it! Homeowners made the process quick and easy when we wanted to update our stay. We felt very safe in the community where the house was. The hot tub was a fun way to end our nights! Very clean and up to date. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay again.

Comfy house and GREAT yard, big dog friendly!

The bed was great, the yard is big and beautiful. Our two large dogs had a great time in the yard, and me and my husband enjoyed the best (and cleanest!) hot tub we have ever had at any rental. We got our code to check in and we never had to reach out to the owners for anything. Everything was easy to find and well equipped. There are a bunch of light switches! We found it comical when trying to find which one was which. It does offer lots of lighting options tho, which is fantastic. I like being left alone and these owners were great, not intrusive like some can be. The house rules were reasonable and easy to follow. Water pressure was wonderful in both showers. Also, one of the bathrooms is easily accessible from the deck, to a tile floor, for quick potty trips while hanging out outside or in the hot tub. This place would be great for a family to stay as well. The primary bedroom is all the way across the house from the two other bedrooms, so the kids will be far away from mom and dad for privacy at night. House would easily accommodate 6-8 as long as at least 2 of them are children. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is gorgeous. Beautiful home, just out of town far enough to be by yourself, located close to everything, the parks, bathhouses,casino, and lots of places to eat. Hot tub was awesome. Plenty of room, kitchen is top notch. Thanks for a great week away from home.

Hot Springs Oasis

Very beautiful, well done property. Large yard for activities or running room for dogs, great large deck and hot tub to go with it for those long days hiking or walking around the strip. They have almost everything you would need inside the house for a great time and I say almost because everyone has their own creature comforts so no point against you guys. Well done, would absolutely visit again and any of my family or extended I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for our great visit, the Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise since we spent our Christmas here!

Great house!

This is a beautiful property that is not right on top of neighbors and still very close to everything Hot Springs offers. Could use some more kitchen utensils (wooden/serving spoons, etc.), but definitely recommend staying here. Very nice and clean.

Sometimes she stays at home while her human companions enjoy the famous Hot Springs National Park thermal mineral water at Buckstaff Bathhouse downtown, visit Oaklawn racetrack, or enjoy the other local amenities.
