Melchior is an attractive apartment with outdoor space located 2 steps from Place de la Joliette, in the new Euroméditerranée district, emblematic of Marseille's renewal. Completely new and tastefully decorated in 2021, it offers a pretty, quiet bedroom opening onto the condominium garden, and a beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto the street-side terrace. This beautiful apartment will enable you to discover the new Marseille, the Terrasses du Port shopping center and the Dock, while being close to the Vieux Port and the historic center, with the Panier district just a few minutes away on foot.

The apartment is located in a recent residence (2010), you enter in the main room which gives directly on the terrace and on your right you will find the kitchen opened on the living room with sofa bed as well as the corridor which serves the bedroom, the bathroom and the WC.
