In a seaside residence, a stone's throw from the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade, 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator with a capacity of 2 people and an area of approximately 28mÂČ with a west-facing balcony. The apartment includes: a living room/lounge opening onto a west-facing balcony with a small sea view, an American kitchen (2 hotplates, microwave/grill, refrigerator, dishwasher), a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed). Internet access available in the apartment. Parking spaces are free in the residence. Pets are not accepted in this rental.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60âŹ, sheet kit (90x190: 20âŹ/ 140x190: 22âŹ/ 160x200: 25âŹ, (let us know a few days before arrival).
