In a seafront residence, 2-room apartment, recently renovated, facing West, unobstructed view of the residence and a small sea view, with a capacity of 2 people and an area of approximately 48mÂČ on the 6th floor with elevator. The apartment includes: an entrance with large storage cupboard, a living room (with a flat screen TV and a hi-fi system) opening onto a balcony facing West and a small sea view, an independent kitchen (with a refrigerator, a combined oven/microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine), hallway serving a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower and electric towel dryer) and separate toilets.
The rental provides a garage in the basement. Pets are accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays). Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60âŹ, sheet kit (90x190: 20âŹ/ 140x190: 22âŹ/ 160x200: 25âŹ, (let us know a few days before arrival).
