Built in 1902 as a "tourist home" the Newly Renovated Reynolds House Main Building has 7 decorated guest rooms all with private bathrooms. The Reynolds House Motel strip has 8 Rooms all with 2 Double beds and private bathrooms, In addition we have 2 New Private Suites available. Halls filled with history, comfortable guest rooms, and the surrounding beauty of the Catskills Forest Preserve, the Reynolds House welcomes you!!


Reynolds House Motel Strip has 8 rooms all with two double beds, Full Bathroom, television, air conditioning, Microwave and refrigerator. Suite # 3 has an additional upstairs room with 2 twin beds! Great for a family! Situated in the hamlet of Roscoe, guests of the Reynolds House Inn & Motel are within walking distance of gift and antique shops, sporting stores, and several restaurants. Great for longer stays! Rooms Are newly Renovated!

This is my 5th time staying here during fun motorcycle trips and I love it. Always stay in the strip part so I can’t say how the house rooms are but the motel strip rooms are amazing. The rooms are spacious, showers are great and they even give you tooth brushes, toothpaste, mouthwash and other things most places don’t. Everyone we met were really nice and there are tables and chairs under an overhang outside of each room. Parking is simple and ample. Check in and check out is a breeze. Beds are really comfortable and walking distance to food and bars

My two young children and I stayed here while visiting my sister! It was quiet and clean and I just loved it! I can’t wait to stay here again:)

Good place for anglers in Roscoe.

Very basic & quite small. Three comfortable beds, good shower. Toilet seat a bit rickety, no housekeeping while you are staying there. Small table & chairs on front porch is pleasant. We didn't need any services from owners, so can't comment on those. For dinner, go to Farmhouse pasta on Rte 206 just out of town. Awesome quality and preparation, and a real surprise for Roscoe. Open Thurs-Sun.
