Living room with kitchenette. 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Bathroom. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Covered shelter. Unfenced land of 940 m2 with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Baby equipment: 1 baby bed. Covered shelter opposite the cottage for cars and motorbikes. Located on a farm (walnut trees) in the Dordogne Valley opposite the village of Beynac, this cottage is perfectly suited to cultural or nature holidays such as visits to castles (ChĂąteau de Beynac, ChĂąteau de Castelnaud, ChĂąteau des Milandes...), walks in the heart of villages, 10 of which are classified among the 'most beautiful villages in France' (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), gabare and canoe trips on the Dordogne and visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...). Marked footpaths 500 m away.
