Location facilities size of apt Overall apt had everything Help to find Boiler was off which there was no instructions so had no warm water for few days Had to request 2nd set of keys these should automatically been given

11 days in the south of spain

Beautiful apartment with lots of space for 4 to 6 people. Very large balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores close by. Since we were there in March the apartment was a bit cold and damp. Unfortunately the heater was only in the main living/ dining space so the bedrooms stayed cold. Luckily there were extra blankets in the apartment.

Bel appartement. Idéalement situé. Par contre le ménage était vraiment à revoir. Sol sale, vaisselle pas propre dans les placards… Le prix de cette location reste élevé malgré la qualité du bien. Le ménage.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location.

The property is excellent. Unfortunately the day we arrived, traffic was awful and we arrived at 5.30pm. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned and previous tenants had left it disgraceful. So after a very long day travelling, we had to spend the evening in town. Cleaning wasn’t finished until 1045pm. However I was told we will get compensation.

March 2020 Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed this property, everything was exactly as described. Area location was enjoyable, lots of cafes and the endless promenade in front of the building we utilized everyday. There were several supermarkets within a 20 min walk. We were sad that we had to leave early due to the Covid 19 pandemic but the owner was very accommodating and Petra the property manager and Diamond car rental were very helpful. Hopefully we will be able to return next year for a full month.

Great location

The apartment is very well appointed and the location is excellent in terms of proximity to local restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The arrangements for communicating with the local agent were very efficient and effective. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our month's stay. Many thanks to all concerned.

Nice apartment, quiet location

We had a good if quiet week at the apartment - it's a good size with a great balcony. The pools are not too crowded and the marina is a great place in the evenings.

Duquesa holiday.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views, close to port and beach. Fully equipped with all amenities only downside to our stay was the television, which we were unable to use due to the fact it would not connect to English channels. Followed all instructions as set out but after trying everyday spending sometimes up to an hour trying to get the required channel on we just simply gave up. However apartment is big, spacious and well kept but would recommend a more up to date television.

A fantastic apartment in a great location

A well presented spacious apartment with excellent furnishing and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the views from a wrap around balcony where we watched the sunrise to the sound of waves. Conveniently located near the Marina and easy access to the promenade and beach. Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. This made a lovely winter holiday and we enjoyed a home from home experience.

The apartment is amazing. Spacious and well furnished with great balcony. We loved our stay.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was great. Very spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need. The large balcony is great for watching the sun rise in the morning and having BBQs in the evening. We spent many an enjoyable evening having BBQs on the balcony looking out on the sea. 4 of us stayed here but 6 could comfortably have stayed. Kids loved the swimming pools in the complex and the town center is a 2 minute walk away. Great base for exploring the area. Alain was very helpful and responsive to all queries both before and during our stay. We would strongly recommend this apartment.

Lovely area, great location and apartment was perfect.

Found it very restful. Just what we needed and wanted. Everything you require is on your doorstep. Friendly people . Just love the area. I will be back, hopefully for a longer stay next year.

Probably the best holiday we’ve had.

A fabulous apartment with the most stunning view of the seafront, watching the sunrise was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. Washing machine came in very useful. The pools and gardens were well kept and security was very high. The games cupboard and beach towels also were much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay at Puerto de la Duquesa.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with fantastic views

The spacious apartment and balcony was ideal for our family of 7 people and was fully equipped to a high standard and very comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the photos. The maintenance of the complex gardens and pools was excellent. The gated entrance provided a peace of mind security. Alain was very efficient and informative, the arrival instructions, including maps were first class and despite arriving at midnight, the key collection and locating the apartment were no problem. The location was only 5 minutes’ walk to the pretty marina with its shops, bars and restaurants. We would recommend this apartment as we had a lovely stay and intend to visit again.

Dejlig lejlighed med god udsigt

Vi boede i lejligheden i 9 dage og havde en dejlig ferie. Der er kun 2 min. gang til marinaen, med restauranter, pubs og cafeer. Der er en dejlig terasse, hvor især morgensolen er super. Et minus er at der ikke er sol om eftermiddagen og aftenen. Måske ikke så stort problem i sommerperioden, men det blev rigtigt kolde om aftenen (april).

Splendide appartement - Choix parfait

Appartement spacieux idéalement situé en bord de mer avec vue magnifique. Tout le confort moderne d'un appartement, pour ainsi dire neuf, avec une terrasse splendide en premier front de mer. Plusieurs piscines dans une jardin bien entretenu.Tout ce trouve à proximité sans jamais devoir reprendre la voiture. Tout est très bien entretenu et très propre Région a découvrir absolument, les villages blancs, Ronda, Gibraltar valent la peine de rouler un peu. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Lovely relaxing experience

The apartment was first class, just as described. The surrounding area we found suited our needs down to the ground. Restaurants, bars all a short walk from the apartment. A super boardwalk which stretched for some considerable distance allowing for walks in the sun with good café and bars along the way for when the feeling took us. We visited in early October and found the atmosphere in the development very quiet and peaceful with the gated entrance adding to that feel. Alain was very efficient, informative and easy to deal with (google translate helped!). We would certainly consider returning.

Lovely spacious apartment with fantastic views

We holidayed here for 11 nights and wished we had booked to stay longer as we hated leaving this wonderful apartment in Puerto de la Duquesa. I loved breakfasting on the balcony every morning watching the waves roll in and at night sitting there listening to the wonderful night sounds of crickets and frogs coming from the little river running alongside the complex. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need to enjoy your stay, we really appreciated the supply of pool towels and the beach chairs and umbrella's made our trips to the beach very easy. The complex is very well run and there was never any problem getting sunbeds. The port is only a 2 minute walk away with lots of great value restaurants' and bars. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. Thank you Alain for being so helpful, you were a pleasure to deal with.
