LA GRIERE - Holiday lodge, labeled 1 Clévacances and classified 2 stars for 4 people in a residence with unheated collective swimming pool and beach access. The residence is located 500m from the beach, 2 km from the seasonal shops of La Grière and 5.5 km from the town center of La Tranche sur Mer.
On the ground floor :
A living room with its kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, LV, MO)
A bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC.
Upstairs, an open mezzanine with a trundle bed allowing 2 beds of 80;
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed + dressing room.
A large plot of land of around 300 m² not overlooked.
Private parking. Swimming pool open from June 17 to September 10, 2024 inclusive.
