In order to prepare delicious meals, the open kitchen offers a 4 burner gas stove, an electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a freezer.
The night part includes two bedrooms, on the first floor. The first one with 1 bed in 140cm. A shower room with hydromassage shower and toilet.
Go down two steps and access the second bedroom with 2 beds 90cm.

To relax or have lunch, the house has two large closed courtyards; one at the front of the house equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The second one is located at the back, with a shower "back from the beach" and a small room containing the washing machine.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
