In the heart of Saint Palais sur Mer, this small one-level MITTYENNE HOUSE of about 55m² is composed of an entrance hall on a corridor giving access to the private courtyard of 30m², a living room with a flat screen TV 82cm, a kitchen corner equipped with a 4-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a bedroom with 1 bed 140cm and 2 bunk beds 90cm opening to the outside, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

For your small children, travel light: an umbrella bed, 2 chair extensions, a toilet extension, a child bath, a potty, 2 children's garden chairs).

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
