Our home is located in the historic neighborhood, Old Seminary Square, in NKY . We are conveniently located app 20minutes from CVG Airport and Cincinnati ! We are conveniently located near Cincinnati Zoo, Great American Ball Park, Cincinnati Art Museum, and History Museum , and many other venues! We are within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The suite is the entire first floor, in our historic home! We do provide a large air mattress, if you have more than two guests. There is also a couch that guests are welcome to sleep on. We have one king size bed in the bedroom, with a door, for privacy.

Amazing property!

What a perfect place for our weekend! Visiting with sharon and brandon made it even better. Very pleasant in every aspect. Perfectly clean and all our needs very easily met without asking! Brandon also had great eating recommendations, the historic area was lovely to walk around and enjoy! Will definitely plan to return when wedding gets closer

Recommended!

The pics do not do this place justice. It is very spacious. Clean. Well stocked with pretty much anything you'd need. Creative and quirky decor but in a charming way. King bed was comfy. Off street parking was great. Amazing location. Little bit of road noise as its right by a fairly major road but not really bothersome. Great courtyard with lots of rabbits that our 2 year old loved. Owners live above and were very nice, laid back, and communicative. They even cleaned the snow off my car the morning we left. We would definitely recommend!

Covington, redux

Returned to the city where I grew up. The home and neighborhood has improved immensely! Very nice apt, with everything we needed for 5 day visit with family and old friends. Very nice decor and art work. Don't miss the garden and check out the mural Sharon pained on the back side of the fence! Great to have off-street parking, laundry. Sharon and Brandon were close by, and respectful of our space. N.B. to use the shower, PULL DOWN on the ring around the faucet! Would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway! The apartment is beautiful and clean. Easy walking to many areas of town. We walked from the apartment to the Roebling Bridge and was able to visit the riverfront on the Cincinnati side. Covington is a very cute town and we enjoyed the restaurants and views at the riverfront. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was an incredible property. Just what we were looking for and then some. Brandon and Sharon were awesome hosts and the property was one of the more beautiful properties we have stayed at. Living room was as advertised, full kitchen and the complimentary coffee hit the spot. Bedroom and bathroom were also great.Beautiful outside patio garden as well! We walked down to bars and restaurants one night - a little more than a 10 minute walk very easy. Looked to book this place again as soon as we got home!

Fantastic property

Honestly, this place is even better than pictured and described! The furnishings and space is lovely. The kitchen had everything I needed, there were lots of extra blankets and pillows for snuggling on the couch and the bathroom had enough fluffy towels for a large group. There’s a washer and dryer in the kitchen so I didn’t even have to travel home with dirty laundry. Sharon and Brandon are thoughtful hosts who are delightful to visit with. Their back yard is an oasis full of beautiful flowers, bunnies and even ducks! My service dog enjoyed downtime in the yard attempting to befriend the ducks while I sipped coffee and admired the landscaping.

A Lovely Stay!

I brought my wife and two kids (age 9 & 10) to the Cincinnati area to visit family. The last time I was in the area I spent some time in Covington And loved it so I was looking to find a place to stay in Covington this time. I was so happy to find this place. It’s a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood that is walking distance from downtown Cincinnati. My family and I loved the historic neighborhood and spent a couple of days exploring the area, including walking from our place to a Reds game, which was one of the highlights of our trip The hosts are fantastic and my boys especially loved being able to interact with the ducks and the bunnies that she had. I would highly recommend staying here and I plan to visit again with my family soon.

Perfect!

We loved our time at Brandon & Sharon’s! Their home is beautiful and the location was perfect for walking to the ballpark. As hosts, Brandon and Sharon were super hospitable and attentive, and the home was incredibly well appointed. They even had a few treats at the home for us to enjoy which was such a nice touch. We felt very much at home and hope to return soon!

Astounding back yard!

The urban space, just off a main road, is quiet, refreshing and private. We loved the interior: decor, layout, and comfort. The garden, animal habitats, and animals were most enjoyable. Great hospitality upon arrival.

Best VRBO stay I've ever had

Property was very clean, great communication with owners, and exactly as described. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Rabbits/ducks were a nice touch as I had a child traveling with me. Would 100% recommend and I will be staying here every time I'm in Cincinnati for a Bengals or Reds game.

Sunday night football weekend

The property is just as described and more. Will be our go to when we are coming to the city. The property is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Everything you may need is available. The hosts are kind and respond quickly to any question you may have. You don't feel like you are in town as they have made such wonderful use of their yard with bunnies and ducks. Was a perfect weekend and just what my husband and I needed.

Lovely!!

We really had a lovely stay! Our daughter attends Xavier and this was such a close place stay, much nicer than a hotel room. We loved this historic area and the owners were so sweet! Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Wonderful Vacation

This property was close to all of our activities in Cincinnati and Newport. The house itself was very nice and clean. The outside was absolutely beautiful and was a great place to take pictures. There’s ducks that like to roam the backyard but they’re friendly and won’t bother you. I would definitely stay here again if we ever came back!

A Hidden Gem in Covington!

The property was amazing and the host was very communicative! The pictures did not do it justice- the space was huge! We would absolutely love to stay here again.
