Whether you are looking for a fun family vacation or reunion trip, a small group/couple in need of a relaxing or a romantic getaway, or someone looking for a change of scenery while working remotly, the “Aska Bound” cabin is here to meet all your expectations and beyond!

Aska Bound is an 8 person (4 bed/3 bath) family, pet & budget friendly, log-cabin style home in the Aska Adventure Area of Georgia. This homey cabin is tucked away within the Chattahoochee National Forest and the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. With the Toccoa River and Lake Blue Ridge in close proximity, there's plenty to do and explore!

Adventure for all ages is just around the corner! Take advantage of plenty of outdoor activities such as swimming, tubing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, boating, mountain biking, and hunting. The property is 25 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge where you can grab food, drinks and catch a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Other exciting activities in the area include: mini-animal farms, waterfalls, horseback riding, farm & fly fishing, apple orchards, gem mining, skeet shooting, drive-in movie theatre, wineries, line dancing, day spa, mountain cafes, seasonal farms (pumpkin patches, corn mazes, Christmas trees, flower fields), guided tours, & more.

Aska Bound serves as a peaceful, cozy retreat year round. With nature all around you, take a moment to unwind by our two indoor fireplaces, roast marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit, play board games/air hockey/corn hole, have a movie night-in, share laughs and drinks on the porch, or even watch the deer and birds visit. During the winter, grab a cup of hot chocolate and watch the snow fall outside. Interested in joining us during the holidays? The Property:
Aska Bound is a family-friendly, pet-friendly, log-cabin style home that is situated on a forested lot. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 4 beds and 3 full bathrooms. The wrap around porch includes a porch swing, comfortable lounge furniture, 4p dining table, and a LP gas grill. On the main level you can entertain with top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, an 8p dining table, an island that seats 4p, a living room w/ a 58" Smart TV and gas log fireplace, king size bedroom and full bathroom. The top floor has a king-size master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a 32'' regular flat screen TV. The loft area on the top level also has a double size bed and a private desk with outlet for anyone that needs to work remotely. Make your way down to the lower level and you will find the game room equipped with air hockey, darts, board games, a 58" Smart TV, gas log fireplace, queen size bedroom, full bathroom, and a washing machine & dryer. Exit the lower level and you will find yourself in the wooded backyard with an outdoor fire pit surrounded by Adorondak chairs, an outdoor porch, corn hole, a padlock storage unit, and a fenced in backyard in case you want to prevent any wildlife from sneaking in.

*Pet-friendly: our pet fee is $30 per night, per pet. We require that all guests register their pet(s) with us during the VRBO booking process & through VRBO messaging after your booking is complete. We will need more information on your pet(s) such as their names, breeds, ages, weights, vet records and number of pets (limited to 2). We also kindly ask that pets are kept off the furniture, droppings are picked up from the yard, no excess exterior barking & they are kept on a leash when not in the fenced in backyard.

**Please note: we do not supply fire wood. If there is any left over though, you are welcome to use it.

Important to Know:
- Aska Bound is a Super Host & Premier Host property, and managed by co-hosts with a stellar 5-star review history.
- Handicap Accessible Information: This is a three-level cabin with an slightly inclined driveway. However, the entry and parking area of the driveway is flat, entrance is flat w/ single step into the house & the main entry floor is equip with a King bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and flat access to the back porch which wraps around to the front of the house. Therefore, if access is not possible through the front door, the back entrance door is an alternative solution.
- All tap water is clean drinking water and all water lines in the house run through a filter. There is also a filtered water dispenser on the refrigerator.
- The property is accessible with any type of vehicle (including cars). Traveling via SUV, truck or 4x4 vehicle is not required.
- A digital version of the guest manual will be provided to guests after their booking is confirmed. A hard copy will be available at the cabin.
- Our management team prides itself on extremely high cleaning standards, customer service, instructions, information, and communication with both potential & confirmed guests.

Strict House Rules & Fines:
- There will be a $250 fine for any additional unauthorized pets. 
- No smoking in or on the property. There will be a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
- Minimum age requirement to rent: 25 yrs. There will be a $500 fine for breaching this rule due to liability reasons.
- Discharge of firm arms, uncontained fires, use of fireworks & all other activities which create a threat to the health, safety, or welfare of other residents*
- No recreational use on indoor fire place.
- No large parties & commercial events*
- Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM*
- Maximum occupancy rate: 8 people*
- Maximum on-site vehicle capacity: 4 vehicles*
- Guests are subject to covering the costs of any broken, damaged or stolen items.
