Unit is conveniently located in town where it is not uncommon to have visiting Town Moose!
Fully Equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Full Kitchen, fold out full size sleeper couch, queen size bed, full bathroom w/bathtub/shower, excellent WIFI, fire place, ceiling fan, large flat screen Tv, washer/dryer in unit.
Walking distance to everything *Easy walk to Farmers Market, City Beach, Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops,shopping, & more. 15 min drive to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, 5 min walk to Dover Biking Trail.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, we cooked most of our meals at the cottage. It is within walking distance of all the shops and entertainment in downtown Sandpoint. It was clean with a real cozy home away from home feel. The hosts were very responsive and provided great communication for our stay. Highly recommend. :)

Lovely!

Short stay in Sandpoint was lovely! Mindy and family were great hosts and accommodations were comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked for a short stay or even longer. Location was ideal for a night out in downtown Sandpoint, walking distance to street festival and local venue for a show. We would definitely recommend this little nook to anyone traveling to Sandpoint area.

Mindys cottage was very cozy and it had everything we needed. House location is central to everything in SandPoint. Bikes are a plus. Mindy was easy to communicate with and she made sure we were confortable. I would highly recommend her place!!

Hidden Gem

We loved our stay - went skiing and to a local film festival for wife's birthday. Here is here review: So cute! very convenient for all the Sandpoint area has to offer - VERY well appointed small private condo - nice finishes. Everything you would need was available with extra nice touches - totally comfortable stay! Warm mud room to get ready in your ski gear and take off snow boots was a real bonus. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Just returned from an unforgettable stay at Mindy’s cottage, and it exceeded all expectations! The apartment, being brand new, was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay.Location: The cottage is perfectly situated, allowing us to easily walk to the Farmers Market, City Beach, and a variety of charming restaurants and breweries.Amenities: Mindy has truly thought of everything. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable, the full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer made our trip seamless, and the fireplace provided the perfect cozy ambiance for cool evenings. Wonderful, Comfortable, Kind

Mindy and David’s place is incredible, and having them as hosts made it an even BETTER experience. They are so kind, understanding, communicative and detail-oriented. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. Whenever we needed anything or help figuring out appliances, they were on it. Their kindness and generosity towards us and our dogs is forever appreciated, and made an huge and positive impact on our busy weekend during a family wedding. Their space is so beautiful! The touches of design and intentionality is amazing and definitely was an upscale experience. It had everything we needed and more. It is in such a wonderful, quiet and convenient location, within walking or biking distance from everything that Sandpoint has to offer. We loved how bright, airy and cozy it all was. Their place felt like the perfect home away from home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so kind, accommodating and generous with your beautiful space. We will miss saying hi to your cute chickens every morning! A+++++ experience and stay. This is the best place in Sandpoint to call a home away from home. Thank you!

My mom and I traveled on the Amtrak to Sandpoint, ID, for a couple of days. We had a lovely stay, and the Sandpoint Cottage was the perfect fit for our trip. Mindy, the hostess, was incredibly responsive to my messages, even before booking the trip. One of the things that really stood out to us about our stay, is how welcoming the little cottage was and the little "extras" that made our stay even better. We really appreciated having coffee available and a few snacks upon our arrival. Having bikes available for us to use during our stay was a significant benefit, especially since we didn't rent a vehicle. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you come to Sandpoint!

Sandpoint cottage

The property was beautiful and located in the perfect spot for exploring town on foot or on bicycle. The host communicated prior to our stay to make the check-in process seamless. So many thoughtful details were included: snacks, tips for restaurants/sights to see, and even bikes to use. Would 100% recommend!

Sandpoint

House has three levels so lots of stairs; awkward with lots of ski gear. Utensils and cups mismatched and lowest quality No dishwasher so many utensils were unclean and had food baked on. General furniture is lowest grade available. Dust balls and dirt around on the floors so the clean-up needs to be more thorough. Owner very good on communication, and we did not raise any of these issues with her.
