Villa Marie is a beautiful, very spacious, charming residence on the edge of the Simpson Bay lagoon with a dock for direct access by boat.
It offers many other advantages for a successful holiday with family or friends.

Villa Marie is located in the highly sought-after Domaine de la Baie Netlé residence.
It is a residence closed by a gate with beautiful villas, some of which are at the water's edge with their private pontoon, such as Villa Marie.
You can therefore easily come with your boat for a very relaxing stay in this quiet villa, offering a lot of privacy, and very nice amenities.
You will appreciate its large interior and exterior volumes.
You will enjoy many shaded outdoor spaces, and also beautiful areas for sunbathing, such as the private sandy beach.
Villa Marie is entirely on one level, with the exception of 3 steps to access the terrace from the beach.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom.
One of them at a desk.
The living room is the kitchen largely communicates with the outside, enjoying natural ventilation, in addition to that of the ceiling fan.
Checkout cleaning is included, as well as housekeeping every Wednesday and Friday from approximately 10 am to 3 pm, unless you prefer not to be disturbed.
You will benefit from 2 private parking spaces, secured by a camera and the gate of the residence.
The villa is located in the Baie Netlé district.
You will be very close to the Low Lands, with its magnificent beaches of the Caribbean Sea: Baie Rouge, Baie aux Prunes and Baie Longue.
And for your night outings, you will quickly reach Maho and Simpson Bay and enjoy its restaurants, casinos, piano bars, nightclubs and also very beautiful beaches such as Mullet Bay.
And for travelers arriving with their own boat, it's very close to the Sandy Ground bridge and therefore very easily accessible.
A rental car is recommended to visit the island with 37 beaches.
