We are Yiorgos and Popi and both were born and grown in Rethymnon. After leaving our home town for a few years, we came back as there is no place like home! We love travelling, as well as cycling, good food and good music. Actually, combination of all these above is our best, especially travelling for concerts around the world. We used to work in a bank for many years , until 2018 when we quit our jobs and decided to completely renovate Yiorgos family house. And this is how V77 Seafront was born. Getting inspired from places we have been to, noticing what we liked and what we did not, we tried to make a cozy and pleasant place that feels like home.

V77 Seafront consists of two independent apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor of a family owned building. Located in a really great spot, facing the cretan blue sea and the city's venetian port, right next to coffee shops and restaurants, V77 Seafront is the best place for those who want to explore Rethymnon. Right in front of the beach and in walking distance from all points of interest in old town, you can really be a tourist living like a local! This listing is for Leto Suite, on the second floor, with private use of the terrace and jacuzzi. The apartment is equipped with everything a typical apartment has, for preparing meals, taking care of kids, enjoying home entertainment or relaxing under the cretan sun facing the Mediterranean sea. Staying at V77 Seafront, offers you the privilege of enjoying the city's night-life from your balcony chair, especially during summer. Leto suite is a place who want to live their holiday, not just spend it, as it is in the heart of the party zone.

The place is much more spacious than typical vacation rentals, as we preferred to keep the spirit of the old house with all necessary modern amenities., than offering extra beds or splitting it into smaller apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a spa bath, Smart TV in each room, comfortable outdoor furnishing etc. Respecting environment, we equipped the place with energy saving appliances, solar heater, water filter for drinking water etc. Daily cleaning is available on request. We also offer breakfast at the next door cafe, store311 (a la cart ).And, of course, we are always willing to help you with your holidays before, during and after them.
