Loved it!

We came here to go to Universal studios and this location was perfect. Right across the street and there is a shuttle bus leaving from the hotel throughout the day

Had to switch rooms due to cleanliness, water leaks, and smelled like mold. Horrible.

It was easy to rent. However, my 2 rooms were horrible. The pictures on the website are very misleading. I am very disappointed.

Terrible Stay

When I arrive to check in I was told my reservation was canceled by vrbo. The Holiday Inn rep ended up finding us 2 more rooms. If I knew this was a holiday inn before I booked i wouldn't have stayed here. They never came to clean our rooms or bring wash cloths and towels. I had to go down to the front desk 2x just to get fresh towels. The beds had me and my kids backs hurting. Best part about this property was the pool. Breakfast selections was terrible also for 14.99. Couldn't use your key to get in from anywhere on the property besides the main. entrance. Parking $24 a day is a joke. The Fridays being next door food was great and kids 12 and under eat free if you get a voucher from the hotel. It's across the street from Universal .
