Enter the living room with a flat screen TV. Its kitchenette will allow you to concoct tasty meals: a 4-burner induction hob, a hood, a microwave, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge with a freezer...
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cupboard, a shower room with a shower and an electric towel dryer, as well as an independent toilet, on the ground floor.
The children can sleep in the mezzanine with its 2 beds in 90cm and a velux.
You can sit comfortably on the terrace for outdoor lunches! Enjoy, it's the holidays!
If you want to refresh yourself, take a dip in one of the two communal swimming pools of the residence open from 01.07 to 31.08*.
GARDEN FURNITURE - COMMON PARKING - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED - COLLECTIVE SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM 01/07 TO 31/08*.
*Pool availability subject to COVID-19 regulations.
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 ⏠per day or 39 ⏠per week within the limits of available stock
