Great house!

Nice, clean house. Lots of room. You are about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Jacksonville. We were visiting our son and family who happened to live in the same neighborhood. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Hope to be back again soon.

Comfortable spot for a quick getaway

Our stay was comfortable, and the home met our needs. The appliances were top-notch. The only minor inconveniences were needing to purchase additional toilet paper and running out of towels during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Lovely home

We were here for Dr appointments at Mayo Clinic. The house was conveniently located to Mayo. The home was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.We had trouble with the WiFi but that was my fault. I transposed letters repeatedly. I had also requested any fragrance plug in to be removed and they very graciously made certain any fragrance items were removed.We were there during the cold snap and I was glad to discover the blankets in the ottoman.We enjoyed our stay.Check in was easy.We recommended the house to our daughter and her family. Thanks for the hospitality!

Oasis away from home

I can confidently say that it was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property is a cut above the rest. It’s situated in a prime location, close to all the main attractions yet nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It was easy to get around, whether I wanted to explore local cafes, visit tourist spots, or just take a leisurely stroll in the park nearby. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The design struck the perfect balance between modern amenities and homey touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every amenity I could have needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. There were thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and even a few local treats. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important since I needed to get some work done during my stay. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Our host was an exceptional host. They were quick to respond to any questions and provided detailed instructions for everything.

A great place in a great neighborhood.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks while we looked for a new home to buy since we were from out of town. The host was very quick to communicate and was very helpful. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for families

Super comfortable beds!!!

Overall a great place to stay! Very clean, well kept, and accurate! Beds were super comfortable and Roku TVs in every room! Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Very close to beach as well. The host was very quick to respond as well. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.

UNF Graduation and reunion

The hosts were quick to respond to me and helpful with my questions. The home is perfect for small group and very well appointed. We ran out of time to use it, but the back yard and Grill area are another nice area to gather.

Lovely Home

The house was immaculate. We felt completely safe in the cute neighborhood. Close to shopping and dining and just a short drive to the beach. The owners were so helpful and very responsive. We will be staying again!

Perfect house

Fit 4 freshly graduated guys perfect, we were in town for the players tournament . So many restaurants and bars in the area with short Uber rides . Would highly recommend this home!

After staying at some other places, my brothers and I decided to create a cozy getaway that has a Vacation Home feel. Something to take you away from the standard, crowded old hotel scene, with the freedom of a private home. Just a great experience.

It's centrally located to the beach, sports and downtown. Plenty of nearby shopping with great local places to eat. Also a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Has the feeling of a second home. The coastal, beachy theme will take you away from the average places. Lots of room to enjoy family time or just a quite peaceful place to relax. Also - nobody lives in the house and our housekeeping service goes the extra mile to keep the house immaculately clean.
