Sufficient for our Needs
The property is spacious and located centrally in Tours. We found it adequate for our needs and it was accurately represented by the host. The check in process was a bit rough. We had arranged a 1 hour time slot well in advance of our arrival. As we were driving toward the city, our host texted to request a specific time. We complied but she kept us waiting for an hour after the agreed upon time due to some issues on her end. While this might be understandable, in this case, it was very stressful as we were supposed to park in a garage that we could not enter without a fob. There was no place to wait on the street as there were Tram tracks (we nearly were hit by the Tram) and we had to pull into the sidewalk opening at the garage door. Luckily, someone came along who had and entrance fob and let us in. The garage was very small, dark, and difficult to maneuver. I would recommend that the host could prepare guests by advising about the Tram and arranging for entrance to the garage if unable to meet guests on time.
Another unexpected issue was that the day prior to check out, we received a list of things to do from the host so we would not be charged a penalty. They included stripping the beds, emptying the trash, and taking it to the basement. We have never been asked to do this in a VRBO. In fact, in this case, our price included a "Linen Fee" and a "Cleaning Fee". Perhaps it should be noted in advance that these fees do not include all services.
