Located in a peaceful location in the heart of the village and in the immediate vicinity of the greenway (about 400 meters for a bike ride), this semi-detached 70 m² cottage is nestled in the heart of the magnificent Avesnois region.
Ground floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), 1 step to access the kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 hotplates (gas), extractor, refrigerator), 4 steps to access the bathroom (small hip bath, 90x90 shower and sink). Separate toilet located in the bathroom. 80 cm TV.
Quite narrow staircase with a quarter turn.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed. WIFI (fiber)
The cottage offers a private garden not overlooked with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a closed room for storing bicycles. Parking is possible on the street.

It is located near the Eurovéloroute 3 cycle path, the Scandibérique, as well as the Val Joly tourist resort, the Avesnois emerald path, the Maubeuge zoo and many other exciting places of activities.
