Located in a peaceful location in the heart of the village and close to the greenway (approximately 400 meters for a bike ride), this 70 mÂČ semi-detached gĂźte is nestled in the heart of the magnificent Avesnois region.
Ground floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), 1 step leading to the kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 gas burners, extractor hood, refrigerator), 4 steps leading to the bathroom (small bathtub, 90x90 shower, and sink). Separate toilet located in the bathroom. 80 cm TV.
Fairly narrow quarter-turn staircase.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Fiber optic Wi-Fi.
The gĂźte offers a private, unoverlooked garden with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a secure area for storing bicycles. Street parking is available.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the region's tourist attractions, this house is the ideal place. It is located near the Eurovéloroute 3 cycle path, the Scandibérique, as well as the Val Joly Tourist Resort, the Avesnois Emerald Trail, the Maubeuge Zoo, and many other exciting activities. The Val Joly Tourist Resort is 18 km away, Bavay 27 km, Mons (Belgium) 33 km, and Valenciennes 52 km.
