Close to the forest and 6 minutes walk from the beach of Saint Georges, this studio will be perfect! On the 1st floor of a quiet residence!
At lunch time or coffee time, settle down in the veranda equipped with table, chairs, a refrigerator with a freezer part, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle.....
Enter the newly renovated living room with its foldaway bed, sofa and flat-screen TV...
Its kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, a hood, an electric oven, a mini washing machine and a mini dishwasher ...
A bathroom with bathtub and an electric towel dryer, as well as an independent toilet.
A private parking space will allow you to park your vehicle in all quietness.
QUIET AREA - 2 CHILIENNES - PRIVATE PARKING PLACE N° 6 - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
