Maroon Bells är en bit av Crested Butte-historia som du inte vill missa. Denna stuga i slutet av 1800-talet ägs av samma familj i över 30 år och har sin djupa rot i historien av Crested Butte. Genom åren hittade det till och med tid att vara en cykelverkstad! Kärleksfullt restaurerade och tillbaka till sin prakt som ett fantastiskt familjhem, platsen kan inte slå! Mitt i det historiska distriktet och bara ett kvarter från Elk Avenue, är detta 4 sovrum, 4 badrum hem med privat HOT TUB säkerligen din familj bas för många minnesvärda Crested Butte semester!

Stig in i detta rymliga hem och upptäck definitionen av "komfort". Med fantastiska sängar, en enorm nedsänkt HOT TUB och en stor gård finns det gott om plats för hela familjen (10 exakt). Det öppna vardagsrummet, köket och matplatsen säkerställer att alla är en del av handlingen medan det uppvärmda spelet "go fish" spelas ut på det stora matbordet. På den första nivån hittar du också sovrummet med king size-säng och privat master-bad. Det finns ett drottning sovrum på denna nivå tillsammans med två fulla bad och en tvättstuga.

På övervåningen hittar du två separata sovrum. Den på den främre delen av hemmet har en queen size-säng och två tvillingar. Den andra befälhavaren sviten är på baksidan av huset och har en queen size-säng, privat badrum, och det är sitt eget utomhus däck. Detta rum har de mest fantastiska utsikten i huset med de omgivande bergen norr om Crested Butte. Utanför hittar du en stor gård och en privat täckt badtunna för att koppla av efter en lång skidåkning, vandring eller bara shopping! Christmas trip 2024

Our family of 8 had a great stay at Maroon Bells over Christmas. The property management was great to work with prior to and during our visit. I would have given all 5 stars, but we did have problems with the hot tub, and unfortunately were not able to use it successfully for most of the stay, circuit breaker kept shutting it down. Maintenance was sent twice to restart, but unfortunately due to the holidays a repair was not able to be scheduled until after we left. I trust this will be fixed for future renters. The location, close to the free bus stop to ski slopes, and right in town was perfect for walking anywhere we needed. We did not have a car and did not miss one. The house was well stocked for cooking. Our beds were comfortable. Our group enjoyed our Christmas in Created Butte and our rental at Marion Bells.

Great Accommodation in CB

Stayed here with family members for our son’s wedding in CB. The house was exactly as described - very roomy, well equipped, clean, and a super location right in town. The hot tub and the large back yard allowed us to also enjoy the beautiful weekend outdoors - the littles were able to run to their hearts content and swim in hot tub. Highly recommend for families looking to come together but have some privacy as well.

Great location, sleeping arrangements could use some work

Great location in the town of Crested Butte. Could walk to anything. Bedrooms and beds were very disappointing. Mattresses squeaked loudly upon any movement and two bedrooms had no doors. For the price, the house could use some updating.

Perfect location, great house

The house was as advertised, one block off the Main Street in Crested Butte, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained house. We had a couple requests w management team and they were always fast to respond. Great stay!

Our stay at Maroon Bells

We had a fantastic stay at Maroon Bells. The process of booking the stay thru VRBO was very simple. And the communication with Iron Horse via email was excellent. The house was very clean and neat. The house was bigger than expected and we had plenty of space to move about. The most awesome thing about the house is it’s location- just one block off the Main Street. So close to shopping, eating and all the other cool things that make up Crested Butte. Some of our other family stayed further away, but they ended gathering at Maroon Bells due to its proximity to the downtown area. Overall, we only had one complaint- and this isn’t really a complaint- the house on the website was beige, while in reality it had gotten a fresh coat of blue paint! The new color has just added to its charm.

Ski Trip with Friends

This house was perfect for our ski trip! It was very close to the main street so we were able to walk to everything and it was also close to the bus stop for MT. Crested Butte. We have 9 people total and there were plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to make a big family meal! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and as described online. My only negative feedback is that there were way too many rules by the property management company. That was quite annoying to keep track of. Otherwise, good experience!

Ideal Location

We stayed at the house with another family and had a blast. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. The upstairs area with queen and twin beds was the perfect room for kids to sleep together. The hot tub was such fun for the kids. You are right in town and don’t even need to use your car. Great playground nearby. Highly recommend!

Very clean and well equipped house. All the details are taken care of and the management company was very helpful. Superb location that you can easily walk to all the attractions of town but still is a quiet place Great outdoor space as well with the patio and lawn

In the middle of everything

Great house in the middle of everything. We easily walked to elk, a block over for dinner, ice cream and the toy store. I MTBd from the home every day. I even brought my fly rod and rented a SUP had great luck at lake Irwin.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved this place! It was 1 block from everything going on in town and it was such a cute place. Great backyard for sitting outside getting some sun. Would definitely stay here again. There were only 2 of us so we only used 1 of the 4 beautiful bedrooms.

We would definitely stay here again!

The proximity to Elk street was awesome - we walked everywhere. Lots of space to spread out (especially all of our ski clothes) - made 8 people getting ready for skiing VERY EASY. Everyone had lots of space to relax and dress - lots of bathrooms .

Charming property with a perfect location 1 block off of Elk!

The house worked perfectly for our stay, and we enjoyed spending time together in the common rooms while also having private retreats (include 2 suites with full baths.) the property was clean, and the rental agency was responsive to all of our calls and questions. After a full day of hiking, it was nice to have a private grill and hot tub to look forward to.
