"Decked Out" - 80ft from house to water, gorgeous view, near Duncan Bridge

A getaway with family and friends to Decked Out on Smith lake will not be a long drive from anywhere. We are conveniently located between Arley and Duncan Bridge Marina on main channel close to all things to make this a fun and enjoyable trip.

Our house sleeps 16 people, upstairs offers 3 bedrooms & 1 bath, main level has on suite Master and a 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining , living and laundry, downstairs offers 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 full bath, game room has pool table, pingpong, foosball and other games besides a great movie-watching area, microwave and fridge are provided for your convenience.
Our 3 level decks offer many areas for seating , you can cook on the grill out side chatting with friends while enjoying the gorgeous view of Bankhead National Forest across the lake.

Feel free to bring your own boat and pwc because our boat lift, JetSki ports plus paddle boats are there for you to use. boat rentals can also be found at near by marina. you need to use Duncan Bridge Marina to lunch boat during the months of Nov. to Jan. due to low water level around the dock.

Great Long Weekend

The house was perfect for a mixed age group. The lower level is perfect for teens and the kitchen is very well stocked. The views from the deck and dock beautiful!

Serene lake views, beautiful clean water and a quiet private neighborhood.

Our family had a great time in this remote gorgeous spot on the lake. In the morning we had our coffee overlooking the tranquil glass like lake (except on the weekend), in the afternoon we went swimming in the exceptionally clean water and reflection

Family Lake Weekend

We took our grown kids and grandkids for the weekend. Even though it rained the entire weekend and we weren’t able to be on the water, it was absolutely a beautiful place and we had a great time. Plenty of room for a big family.

Thanksgiving 2024

An absolutely beautiful and pet place to stay. Of all the places we have stayed this one was the most well stocked of all. The kitchen was as stocked as mine from home with all the extras like foil, Salt/pepper, coffee filters and even a high chair. All bathrooms had tons of towels and extra toilet paper 😃. We are already talking about returning 💛

Great Place for a Family Summer Vacation

This place was great for our family vacation. The house is wonderful, and the new decks and the double decker dock are truly outstanding. And the lake was great, it was deep, clean and during the week, it had very little boat traffic.

Perfect Rental

Beautiful Smith Lake House

The house was perfect for 4 families. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The view is amazing. We loved the closeness of the house to the boat dock. We had the best time ever.

Great Spot!

We had the best time at Decked Out! The location was PERFECT and the owner was so easy to communicate with and so helpful. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay. The house was a perfect size for the 15 of us and the water toys were a bonus! We would definitely recommend Decked Out!

Perfect spot for fun and family

The property was amazing. The house was perfectly suited for my wife and I; our children, and our grandchildren. It had everything we needed and more. A short walk down to the lake brings you to a well equipped boat house and swimming area. We rented a pontoon boat and had loads of fun. The host was available and helpful. We hope to come again.

Can’t wait to go back!

Our time spent at Smith Lake was amazing! This home, and the owner, made our trip so easy and relaxing- which is hard to do when traveling with a large family group! The home is so well appointed, and the gracious hosts give access to several fun water “toys” which made the time even better for our family reunion. We spent every day on the dock, watch the kids jump from the top, and just relaxing and floating in the beautiful lake. Perfect summer vacation!

So far the best

This is the fourth house we have rented for our group of 11. It’s the first one that everyone said we want to come back here. Clean, good condition, layout allows separation, well stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. Kids loved the double deck boat house for jumping in the lake.

First family vacay

Loved it ! Loved that the dock had 2 levels that provided shade and we could easily swim ! Water was perfect ! Having the foam pad and blow up were perfect for our littles and their safety ! Sooooo much space and decking ! Definitely ALOT of stairs that wore us all out .

Wonderful Place to Stay on Smith Lake

We stayed on this property several years back, but the improvements that have been made make it even more wonderful. The house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of parking to accommodate our group of 14. There is also plenty of outside furniture to relax on when you aren’t out on the lake. The dock is huge with 2 jet ski docks as well as a boat lift. The host was so easy to communicate with, and so sweet and kind. If you are looking for a great get away, our family highly suggests this property.

I came to the State 30 years ago, happily married to my hubby for 24 years with 2 wonderful children. Both my husband and I enjoy fishing and other out door activities, our kids both played sports. We have been working very hard our whole lives and buying a lake front property was our goal for retirement.
We bought the house in 2017, in the last 3 years this lake property has been our main focus. We replaced some furnitures, swapped out mattresses, decors, updated all kitchen appliances, put rip rap rocks on shoreline, you will see new circular concrete driveway, and we just finished the brand new 3 level decks to provide our family and our renters the best we can offer on Smith Lake. This lake is the 2nd cleanest lake in the nation. It is a busy lake but we do not have to worry about boat traffic getting too close to where we are at, sitting on the shaded deck looking at the lake for some morning coffee, going fishing, taking a boat ride to see new houses getting built are our favorite things to do besides watching and pulling our kids doing water sports, Oh, and sitting on the dock watching sunset is my most favorite thing to do at that time of the day. I hope you and yours will soak everything in like we do and more to make a lot of great memories for years to come.

Because this is an owner closely held property, We have quick services on any issues coming up, most of the time with same day services.

My husband and I are business owners and we pay a lot attention to details of what we do to put quality and value first. when you stay at Decked Out you are not far from anywhere due to its location. we provide a game room to keep all ages entertained. you do not have to worry about shade on the top deck because you will be surrounded by trees and shade anytime of the day like you are in a tree house. There are somethings about staying at a lake house / Decked Out: it helps to relax and clear my mind; to see more beauty in life; pay attention to better side of people and things. I can even find peace in the storm right here at the lake... Life is better at the lake, especially at Decked Out.
