Vi har nyligen ombyggt enheten och fortsätter att göra frekventa uppgraderingar. Vi bytte ut och uppdaterade praktiskt taget allt inklusive nya apparater, bänkskivor, golv, fönsterbehandlingar, möbler och sängkläder. Vi lägger HD platt-TV i varje sovrum.

Denna ombyggnadsunderstryker vårt engagemang för kundtillfredsställelse 100%. Vi är stolta över fastigheten och vår kundtjänst. Mitt mål är att varje gäst att skriva en 5-stjärniga översyn på VRBO. Vi är fast beslutna att göra vad som krävs för att uppnå den nivån på gästnöjdhet.

Ligger på 12: e våningen och med utsikt över pool och klyfta vatten, är balkongen utsetts att underhålla vänner eller njuta av din morgon kopp kaffe. Den 12: e våningen är tillräckligt hög för att njuta av utsikten och slå buller, perfekt för avkoppling hela dagen. Du kommer inte hitta några plastmöbler här. Det finns ett bord med plats för sex, ett sidobord och två mycket bekväma schäslonger. Nöj dig inte med mindre!

Dessutom ingår en full-size tvättmaskin och torktumlare, diskmaskin, och välfylld kök. Det stora sovrummet har skjutdörrar som går ut på balkongen och en king size säng.
Fastigheten har 24 timmars säkerhet och är gated för extra uppfattning. Dessutom finns det en inomhuspool och separat badtunna med en fullt utrustat gym och bastu.

Great Place

We loved this condo. The view was amazing. We watched the dolphins playing and catching fish every morning. It was wonderful to look down at the pool. I could tell if my family was at the pool or the beach. The owners were great. Mr. Jeffcoat had so much patience with an old woman who doesn't know how to check her texts and e-mails. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation.

Just me and my girl❤️

My daughter and I stayed the week on this beautiful condo. Easy access to everything you could need. Short stroll to the beach and the pool. Property manager was easy to work with and answered messages quickly. Would absolutely come back again!

Needed Vacation

The getaway was great for us. Location was perfect, right on the beach. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great AC, owner very responsive. Check in and check out we’re seamless.

Great Trip - Would Stay Again!

We had a wonderful trip and were quite comfortable in this condo. Some of the pictures are dated as the owner has been making improvements to the furniture and decor. If I had to give critique, I would say that the kitchen supplies could be improved with a better variety of cookware sizes and we wish there had been more seating capacity at the table as there were only four chairs. Other than that, we were very pleased and would definitely stay again. The owner was very friendly and responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Thank you for sharing your condo with us so we could make some wonderful memories with family!

Excellent location and very comfortable accommodations. A little short on kitchen utensil with only 2 small frying pans and no md-sized pots with lids. Overall great place to vacation.

Great Escape!

Our 1st visit to Orange Beach did not disappoint! The condo was nice and beds were comfortable. We were nervous about elevator issues being on the 12th floor but we hardly had any wait times at all! The only issue we had was with the water in one of the showers not working properly. We reached out to the owner and it will hopefully be fixed for the next guest. We just all 4 showered in the main bathroom for the week (not ideal, but it worked) I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Overall we had a really nice stay at this condo. We loved the view of the beach and the large pool! There was plenty of room for the six of us. The only issues we had was the dryer did not dry well and the dishwasher did not clean well. The condo also could use a deep cleaning. These issues did not stop us from having a great trip!

Great Location

Communication with the owner was great. I was diagnosed with breast cancer Like a month before time to go & wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make the trip or not. The owner was excellent & compassionate to my situation. I wasn’t able to give him an answer by the payment deadline and he was patient until I could let him know something for sure. My only complaint would be I wasn’t told there was construction going on at the property. Therefore the pool was closed and so was the gym. 2 things we had planned on having. But we made the best of it. My husband drove to Gulf Shores each day for his work out. He found a great gym there. I know this isn’t Mr. Heith’s fault but it had a very musty smell when we arrived and the living room table had Lots of dust all over it. So his cleaning crew may need to step their game up. We bought candles and made the best of it. The washer flooded the kitchen the last night we were there, we let him know the following day. Overall it was a nice place and I would for sure Stay there again if given the chance.

Nice place, broken clothes washing machine

We pretty much enjoyed the place. We used the washing machine twice and then was told by a repair man not to use it again, for it was leaking with a bad water pump. We left before the washing machine was replaced. Hot water heater is too small for 4 people. 2 people needed to wait 1/2 hour to allow water the heat back up. We (4 of us) took showers everyday to clean off suntan lotion after a day on the beach.

5 stars isn't enough!!

The host was amazing! Gets back with you fast. Place was clean and beautiful view. There was still construction going on so no pool for the kids, but we all had an AMAZING TIME. Will definitely rent again.

Great getaway for large families

This was an excellent unit for 4 adults and 4 kids. We never even had to use the pull out due to there being so many beds. The owner is very kind and prompt to answer inquiries. Thanks!

My wife and I grew up in Alabama and have vacationed here our entire lives. It was always a dream to one day have a place of our own. Summerhouse was perfect for us, especially with small children. Even in cold or rainy weather, we could take them to the indoor pools or walk across the street to the souvenir shop. We take great pride in providing our guests with a home like feel. The condo is decorated beautifully and everything works!

The huge indoor and outdoor pools are great for families. When the kids are little and the weather isn't cooperating, the heated indoor pool is a great place to let the kids burn off that extra energy. And the 20 person hot tub is a great place for the adults to watch them.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Most of the time when you are looking for a 3 bedroom condo, you have more than one couple going along on the trip. Then you have to decide....
Which couple gets the king bedroom?
Well, we put a king bed in one of the extra bedrooms as well. We removed the old armoir, put a flat screen television on the wall, and were able to upgrade the bedroom with a king bed. But wait...there's more....
We also added a 2 queen beds to the 3rd bedroom. This allows families with one child to stay in one room or for all of the kids to pile in there together.
This is truly a unique layout for 3 bedroom units.
