Ett välskött historiskt hem med en plats som är oslagbar! Gäster RAVE om vår plats, med gångavstånd till bra restauranger, kvällens sociala liv och frukostbagerier! The Elliott Guest House är ett helt återställd hem byggdes 1916. Fina sängkläder (italienska lakan), regional konst och ett fullt möblerat kök nåd hemmet. The Elliott Guest House utmärker sig som en av områdets första fritidshus. Det är en premiär plats för flugfiskare att bo. Vi älskar att vara värd för våra gäster. Detta är vårt enda hem som vi hantera, så att din vistelse inte kommer att kännas som ett företags bokning eller avlägsen förvaltningsbolag erfarenhet.

Vi är din premiär weekend getaway under hösten och vintern.

Vårt hem är idealisk inom gångavstånd till shopping, restauranger och levande teater. Fisk eller sightseeing under dagen (inom en 15 minuters bilresa) och komma hem till en charmig hem nära restauranger och Teater i slutet av dagen.

För 100 år har vi haft nöjet att vara värd gravida kvinnor, turister, släkt från Livingston-Gardiner-Bozeman område, och ja, till och med aktörer från "Där floden flyter fram" och "tala med hästar". Om bara våra väggar kunde tala och dela med dig alla andras och händelser på The Elliott House!

Hemmet är mycket ren, och ägaren betalar nära uppmärksamhet på detaljer. Det finns tre sovrum och ett badrum som har ett antikt klobadkar med dusch. Ett generöst utbud av böcker, tidskrifter och spel vimlar. Ring framåt med din inköpslista, och ägaren kommer att lagra hem för dig, bokar dig för massage på närliggande Firehall Fitness Center, eller skicka en lista med yoga klasser bara ett kvarter från hemmet.

Njut av den soliga verandan och gå till frukost bara två kvarter centrum. Koppla av i vår luftkonditionering och väl bevarade inredning.

Loved the historical home that we stayed in while in Livingston. Home was very clean and well organized, had everything that we needed! Was also in a great location, only a block from downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Had an issue with the internet, but the owner promptly responded and fixed the problem!

Great communication with the owner and she always made sure we had everything we needed. Fabulous location that made our lack of multiple cars no problem at all.

The home is clean, comfortable and safe, Just a few blocks to downtown. Kara gave us fishing advice. We loved our few days there and would gladly return.

Livinstone to Yellowstone

We enjoyed our stay here in Livingston. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to local shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. The VRBO had many special features, such as books, games, and a nice front porch for visiting and reading.

Excellent house for a family

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint home in Livingston. The property manager was so easy to work with and helped us sort out food issues on a holiday. The accommodations were perfect for my family and we could not have asked for a better place to stay for our family of six.

A nice place

The place was very comfortable. It was a nice road trip to Yellowstone and we saw plenty of wildlife in the way to and from. It was easy to get groceries and have a meal at a few nice restaurants.

A very convenient location to everything in Livingston walkable and very quiet. This historic home had everything that we needed for our stay. We did have to do some work while we were in town and having a desk and great Wi-Fi was key beautiful place would stay again

Great historic guesthouse close to town.

The Elliot Guesthouse was the perfect location for our trip to Livingston! It was about two blocks from the main drag and easy to get to. The house was very clean, had everything that we needed, and Kara was quick to answer the call and come help us when we locked ourselves out. Thank you! Highly recommend staying at her place if you are coming through town!

Comfortable Home!

Myself and some friends stayed at this home for a weekend of exploring Montana. Kara was super responsive with all my questions! The home was perfect and had many cute touches. Don't pass this place up when looking for a nice and affordable place to stay.

Attending a Funeral

The stay was good it was warm during our stay only one window AC.there were fans in every room but none turned on took a couple of hours to cool it down. We had everything else in towels, dishes, and other amenities.

Granma's house

my sister and i stayed for almost a week ...in Livingston visiting family ... our first impression was... this is granma's house (which is a good thing !) did not spend a lot of time at the house since we were out and exploring but it was nice to come "home" to a cool house on hot August days (and it was hot). we didn't even have to use the AC the essentials are provided and comfy beds hot showers and coffee completed ours... and just two blocks from downtown!! the only thing it was missing was... granma.

Kara Stermitz is a fifth generation owner of the Elliott Guest House. Originally built by Kara's great-great grandmother, Sarah Schultz, the home was an early day boarding home for expectant mothers. Kara's great-great grandmother Sarah, a mid-wife, journeyed in her horse and buggy to outlying ranches to pick up expectant mothers. She pampered Mom and Baby, giving them respite they likely would not have again soon. Nowadays, Kara takes great enjoyment in offering the home to her guests as she raises her four children and works as a Marketing Administrator/Operations Manager for Confluence Consulting, a stream restoration and environmental consulting firm in Bozeman, MT. Kara has strong ties to Park County, as her family still ranches near Yellowstone Park. Kara is an avid flyfisher and can talk with you about many excursions and choices in the area. When she is not busy in Livingston, Kara chooses to travel elsewhere to flyfishing adventures!

Our location is within walking distance to downtown Livingston and also Montana's Rib and Chop House. Enjoy your day our sightseeing, fishing, or hiking, and return at the end of the day to a pleasant walk downtown.

Within a 5 minute drive lies the Yellowstone River, and within 15-20 minutes' drive are the Spring Creeks. The Elliott House is meticulously cared for. We offer wifi, cable/satellite tv, laundry facilities, a fully stocked kitchen, and an extensive reading library.
