PRICE DROP! DEER CREST GATED COMMUNITY~ Elevator for all four floors, ski in/out

Thank you for looking at our NEWLY UPDATED HOME! This ski in/out has breathtaking mountain views, gourmet kitchen, built in eating nook, top of the line appliances, designer furnishing and finishes throughout, game room with pool table, foosball, theatre room, bar, sauna, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, ski lockers with boot warmers. Over 9,000 sq ft and great for corporate events or large families. Our home has multiple levels and a glass elevator. We have 3 King suites with beautiful ensuite baths, a queen suite with two queen beds and an ensuite bath, 2 separate custom queen bunk beds (each room sleeps 8) with an ensuite bath. Multiple half baths, outdoor seating and heated driveway. Access to the Jordanelle lift makes this home an elite property. Ski In/Out access cannot be guaranteed as we have no affiliation with Deer Valley Resort. 7 night minimum stay for the months of December/January. No animals please. Additional cleaning fees may be added if more extensive cleaning is needed.

Important Notes:

-The house will be supplied with the following complimentary items: hand soap in each bath, a set of travel sized shampoo/conditioner/soap, 2 sets of paper towels per kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, trash bags, dish soap, one kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. We also may have a few spices, baggies and aluminum foil for your use but not guaranteed. The home is supplied with basic house keeping needs.
-Please do not have packages delivered to this address before or after you arrive. We cannot guarantee acceptance of any package for you.

Yearly deer valley trip

We have been coming to deer valley for almost 20 years. We always come the day after Christmas and leave new years. This house is just perfect. It has everything you could ask for. The kitchen is stocked beautifully. We like to do a lot of cooking and this is hands down one of the best stocked kitchens. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for a large group

Great House to accommodate a large family.

Our family (8 of us)went for spring break. The house was great and very spacious. Everything was very clean. The house has wonderful views! The property manager was great. Great House!!

Perfect in every way

From the moment we booked this property, we felt it would be something very special. The property manager went out of his way to show us the ski in/ski out access, sending photos in addition to those posted. Our arrival was seamless and all of the instructions for access and entry to the community and home were thoughtfully prepared. The house itself is beautiful and well kept. Every space is inviting and there were plenty of opportunities for family gatherings. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to make everything we hoped for. The hot tub was located perfectly fit breathtaking views. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The property manager was attentive and gave us exceptional service. Thank you so much for your part in making our vacation exceptional.

Our father decided he loved Park City and purchased his first home there in 1999. We have owned several homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area and have decided we love Deer Crest gated community best! Our home is a ski in/out and has enough room for all of us to stay with our children and not feel like we are on top of one another. It is also great to host multiple families. It is a quick little drive down the mountain to the Main Street restaurants and shopping. If you have a snowboarder in the group, it is a ten minute drive to the First Time lift area. Very convenient! It takes about 35 minutes to drive from the airport to the house which is great. The altitude isn't too high so we don't tend to have issues with acclimating. There are multiple walking or biking trails in the neighborhood and nightly wildlife sightings are not uncommon.
