Winter get-away

This place was a gem. The interior is so spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances are upgraded. The beds were comfortable. The living space was inviting.The exterior area is really nice. There is a patio with tables and chairs and a large gas grill that we loved using.We were pleased that there were bag chairs available for our use.We would recommend this place to anyone thinking of spending time in the area. The neighborhood feels safe and was great to walk through. The location is nice. Easy to drive to local shopping, eating, and sunset spots in the upper keys.The owners are easy to reach and left us alone until we had questions. Then they were responsive and very helpful.A big Thank You for allowing us to enjoy this home!

It’s huge!!! It’s comfortable!!! It’s clean!!

The photos do not convey the size of this place. We had 6+ adults staying at various times plus larger family dinners and this place had more than enough space for everyone! The leather sofa sectional was a favorite spot to relax and watch a movie after a day of boating, snorkeling or shopping. The extra living room provided space to play games or hangout and talk. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!! And having 3 full bathrooms made getting ready to go out to dinner that much easier. Don’t worry about towels. They have a ton of bath and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. I loved the welcome basket! 2 bottles of wine, chocolates and sunscreen!! What a pleasant surprise! The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. Met several nice people while walking our pup. We walked him at night and never felt unsafe. Would see the local police drive through on occasion. I would recommend this to anyone with a large group that likes going out and exploring and then coming back to hangout and relax in the A/C during the evenings. While it is at the top of Key Largo - it is still convenient. You are only 1-7miles from most of everything. But if you are like us you will explore the other keys as well. As of now - there are no fleas in the house. Which was important to me because our dog is flea free. And the place has a fresh clean smell. No musty odors. The owners were very responsive when we contacted them. We would stay again if we come back.
