Perfect Canadian getaway at The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake! Aug still available!

Welcome to paradise! The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake boasts a sandy beach and marina, a community center with multiple pools, and hot tubs. We are located at the north end of Lake Osoyoos, nestled in between several vineyards and cideries and downtown Osoyoos.

Please note, the new short term rental restrictions do not affect our cottage.

Our luxury home features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open concept living and a fully enclosed, sun porch, that will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Our outdoor patio is equipped with a luxurious patio set and fire table for you to relax at the end of your day with a glass of wine!

Need to bring your work with you? A dedicated work space is included as well!! Between the gorgeous Okanagan summers, and the cozy winters, our cottage is the perfect destination year round.

We are continuously adding amenities based on feedback from our guests so that you have the best experience - please read our reviews to learn more about what our guests have to say.

Burrowing Owl Estate vingård och Inniskilin Okanagan vingårdar kan vara värda att kolla in om du har aktiviteter på programmet, och den som föredrar att uppleva områdets vackra natur kan utforska Anarchist Protected Area och Field's Lease Ecological Reserve. Family memories

The property layout and use of space was perfect! It was wonderful to have a little private oasis within the home for my husband and I. It was very clean equipped with lots of extra blankets and towels.

Wonderful vacation!!

Such a beautiful home! Avril was so accommodating and even left some treats for our kids and a bottle of wine for us. The amenities, the house, the grounds, everything is so perfect! Thank you for helping make this vacation great! We will be back next year.

Family reunion

We rented 2 houses, for 3 families. The house was well appointed with all that someone could and would need for a stay. Location was good , a bit far from the beach, walkable to the pool. Great location to do some bicycling, and good garage storage.

Wonderful Family Cottage

Our family very much enjoyed the stay at Avril and Ken's cottage. The home is very spacious, clean and was nicely stocked when we arrived with goodies. The amenities are amazing with the pool, hot tub, and lake nearby. We would absolutely come back to this cottage in the future and would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Osoyoos.

Family Holiday

Get away!

This house was super clean and well stocked with everything one would need! It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood! The beach looked great, unfortunately we had bad weather ,so we didn’t take advantage! We had a great stay!

Amazing place

We were 7 girlfriends who have been friends for 36+ years who stayed here to celebrate turning 50 this year.. we had an amazing time. The house has everything you need (except to go drinking cups). The pool area is great and the beach was awesome. We had an amazing time sitting around the firepit in the evenings. A wonderful place.

Awesome Experience!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay at this cottage as well as our interactions with the host (Avril). The house came as advertised and had all the amenities you could want for a family vacation rental. Check in and check out processes were both very smooth and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again!

We have just returned for a wonderful and relaxing vacation and we stayed at the Osoyoos Cottages. Our place was amazing, fully stocked, home away from home. It was spacious, airy and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay there and would highly recommend this place to any and everyone. Thank you Ken and Avril. You are wonderful hosts.

The house was clean, bright, spacious and well-stocked. It was the perfect place for our family…6 adults and two youngsters. Avril was quick to respond to any questions we had. Amazing place and stay

We booked this property for one week. The owners were fantastic and communicated with us throughout the whole process. When we arrived the cottage was clean, well kept and very organized. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our children loved the house and we had a great time as a family. The location of the house is good also. It’s close to the entry point and a 5 min walk to the pool and beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be looking forward to coming back.

Perfect family vacation

We really enjoyed this vacation rental. We were 2 families with 2 young children each and it worked very well for us. Extremely clean home with stocked kitchen (all of the dishes/tools we needed to cook for 8 people the whole time) and plenty of extras such as a wagon to carry stuff to the beach, lots of beach towels, a fire pit, some lawn games, etc. We thoroughly appreciated the property overall as well with the pools (including the shallow pool which was perfect for our 3 year old), the quiet atmosphere, extensive lawns, playgrounds, and the great beach. Oh, and proximity to great wineries didn’t hurt either!

Early summer vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was a summer dream come true. We loved having breakfasts in the solarium, mid-day retreats inside the house to cool down and the proximity to the pool and lake. Our hosts welcomed us with the sweetest little welcome package for us and our kids and the house was super well equipped with games, little bikes, pool toys and a wagon for transportation. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Review

Beautiful home, well maintained. Does not have a lakeview, as advertised, that was disappointing. Pool was closed, no explanation on the doors, owner did contact us and told us why. The whole complex was very quiet and it was a restful stay. The beach is nice, but having no shade is unfortunate.

The “cottage” is spectacular It is a large and modern 3 bedroom house that had everything we needed. It included beach chairs, towels, wagon etc. AC worked well which was appreciated. Avril had left a welcome package with treats and wine and toys for the kids. She was in touch with us to make sure that everything was ok. And everything was ok. Nothing negative to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Wish we could’ve stayed

Unfortunately due to the recent forest fire we had to cancel last minute due to the evacuation alert. Avril was amazing to deal with during this horrible time and I look forward to rebooking for next year. Sorry we didn’t get to visit this year but until next year! 5 stars for Avril!! I had to rate the others but unfortunately didn’t get to experience the house itself. Have stayed at another cottage in the resort and it is an amazing place to visit with family.

Awesome Place

From start to finish this was a perfect stay. Great communication, simple check in, amazing views and lovely, clean, comfortable place. There were 5 of us on a wine tasting getaway. The thoughtful basket of goodies when we arrived were much appreciated. The kitchen was well supplied for the nights we cooked and lots of room in the living room for us all to watch a movie and visit. Having the master bedroom on the main floor was great for my older sister and the girls loved their rooms upstairs. And a powder room on the main floor was great to have in addition to our master bathroom. We love Osoyoos/Oliver area and it has become our annual wine destination. And Avril’s place is our best so far. We will definitely be back. And we’ll probably add another day. 3 days of wineries is enough but we need another day to enjoy the facilities at the cottages.
