Welcome to paradise! The Cottages on Osoyoos Lake boasts a sandy beach and marina, a community center with multiple pools, and hot tubs. We are located at the north end of Lake Osoyoos, nestled in between several vineyards and cideries and downtown Osoyoos.

Please note, the new short term rental restrictions do not affect our cottage.

Our luxury home features 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open concept living and a fully enclosed, sun porch, that will comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Our outdoor patio is equipped with a luxurious patio set and fire table for you to relax at the end your day with a glass of wine!

Need to bring your work with you? A dedicated work space is included as well!! Between the gorgeous Okanagan summers, and the cozy winters, our cottage is the perfect destination year round.

We are continuously adding amenities based on feedback from our guests so that you have the best experience - please read our reviews to learn more about what our guests have to say.

Enjoyable experience

This was our first time renting a cottage. We were amazed on the beauty of this place. There was everything we needed in the cottage. It was easy to walk around and go to the lake and enjoyed the landscaping. There wasn’t too many things open in February but we made the best of it. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

The property layout and use of space was perfect! It was wonderful to have a little private oasis within the home for my husband and I. It was very clean equipped with lots of extra blankets and towels.

Family reunion

We rented 2 houses, for 3 families. The house was well appointed with all that someone could and would need for a stay. Location was good , a bit far from the beach, walkable to the pool. Great location to do some bicycling, and good garage storage.

Wonderful Family Cottage

Our family very much enjoyed the stay at Avril and Ken's cottage. The home is very spacious, clean and was nicely stocked when we arrived with goodies. The amenities are amazing with the pool, hot tub, and lake nearby. We would absolutely come back to this cottage in the future and would highly recommend it as a place to stay in Osoyoos.

Amazing place

We were 7 girlfriends who have been friends for 36+ years who stayed here to celebrate turning 50 this year.. we had an amazing time. The house has everything you need (except to go drinking cups). The pool area is great and the beach was awesome. We had an amazing time sitting around the firepit in the evenings. A wonderful place.

Awesome Experience!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay at this cottage as well as our interactions with the host (Avril). The house came as advertised and had all the amenities you could want for a family vacation rental. Check in and check out processes were both very smooth and straightforward. Perfect location

We rented with several friends for a self directed wine experience. Excellent location for driving and biking through the beautiful golden bench and black sage area with many excellent wineries. Host was very quick to respond to questions and the cottage was clean and well stocked. We stay mostly at VRBOs wherever we go, and this location was one of the best. Didn’t bring our 10 year old on this vacation but also great spot for those with kids. Would definitely book again.

Perfect family vacation

We really enjoyed this vacation rental. We were 2 families with 2 young children each and it worked very well for us. Extremely clean home with stocked kitchen (all of the dishes/tools we needed to cook for 8 people the whole time) and plenty of extras such as a wagon to carry stuff to the beach, lots of beach towels, a fire pit, some lawn games, etc. We thoroughly appreciated the property overall as well with the pools (including the shallow pool which was perfect for our 3 year old), the quiet atmosphere, extensive lawns, playgrounds, and the great beach. Oh, and proximity to great wineries didn’t hurt either!

Amazing place and stay

We booked this property for one week. The owners were fantastic and communicated with us throughout the whole process. When we arrived the cottage was clean, well kept and very organized. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our children loved the house and we had a great time as a family. The location of the house is good also. It’s close to the entry point and a 5 min walk to the pool and beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be looking forward to coming back.

Early summer vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was a summer dream come true. We loved having breakfasts in the solarium, mid-day retreats inside the house to cool down and the proximity to the pool and lake. Our hosts welcomed us with the sweetest little welcome package for us and our kids and the house was super well equipped with games, little bikes, pool toys and a wagon for transportation. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for a fantastic week.

In addition to being brand new, we have tastefully furnished the cottage and have added a number of extra's to make your visit memorable. To name a few - ceiling fans in all rooms, comfort level toilets, a water softening system to further treat the already potable water, bicycles that you may use at your own risk, a wagon to carry your stuff to the beach or pool and a high chair for our special little guests.
