We are delighted to welcome you to our cozy 21-square-meter apartment, located on the 5th floor without an elevator, in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris. This space can accommodate up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families.

For your comfort, the apartment features a real double bed (140x190) and a foam convertible sofa (120x190). While less traditional, the latter is a practical solution for short stays.

The apartment is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. Suitable for both tourists and business travelers, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a lovely bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with a foam convertible sofa and a television to relax after a busy day.
During your stay, you will have access to: WiFi, washing machine, coffee machine, combo oven and microwave, and iron. Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
Nearby, you will find numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and stores. For your daily needs, there is a MONOPRIX just 2 minutes away on foot and a Franprix 7 minutes away.
You will be ideally located 9 minutes' walk from Place de la Bastille, 15 minutes from Canal Saint-Martin, 13 minutes from Place des Vosges, and 16 minutes from Atelier des Lumières.
