Located 90 miles west of Portland, Gearhart is the jewel of the Oregon Coast. This area features a broad white sand beach, sand dunes, walking trails, a golf course, tennis courts, and a charming, and a four-corner town consisting of an excellent bakery/café. Travelers will also find an ice cream parlor, a grocery store, an antique store, and, of course, a real estate office. Fort Stevens, offering 17 miles of biking trails, and Fort Clatsop, with its new Fort to Sea Trail, are both a short 15-minute drive away. Oh, and you'll find a trail leading to beach access right at the end of the road.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
