Master features lighted vanity mirror for getting ready in morning. Split floorplan for privacy as each side of condo has it's own bathroom. Spacious living area with access to the poolside covered patio. Washer dryer in unit. Board Games for the family. Covered parking garage and located in a lush gated community. No parties are allowed in this unit. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and community. No tolerance policy for breaking house rules.

Absolutely no smoking in condo or on patio. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
No pets.
Minimum age of 25 years old to rent condo.
