The main room has a comfortable sitting area, a television, and a dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, coffee machine and refrigerator to easily prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Kitchen utensils are also provided.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with double beds. I provide the sheets.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and I will provide towels for your stay!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The apartment is close to all local shops, the streetcar B is 30 meters it can bring you in hyper center of Bordeaux in 10 min,
the district of the victory and its bars is 5-10 minutes on foot.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our staff discovers the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts etc...), we reserve the right to demand a deposit of a minimum amount of €300.
