Enter its living room with a UP et DOWN table and a flat screen TV / DVD player. To your aprons! Even on vacation, prepare good meals in its fully equipped kitchen area: 2 induction hobs, a microwave, an electric oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer and a dishwasher...
A bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with an Italian style shower, an electric towel dryer + a washing machine and toilet, on the first floor.
The first floor features an open-plan mezzanine bedroom with 1 80cm trundle bed that can be converted into a 160cm bed + 2 90cm bunk beds and a velux window.
A ray of sunshine points the tip of its nose? Sit comfortably on its covered terrace and enjoy a coffee, a cocktail or a meal..... with family or friends!
WIFI - CLOSED GARDEN - GARDEN LIVING ROOM - TRANSATES AND SUN BATHS - ELECTRIC FLOOR - COMMON PARKING - COMMON BICYCLE PARKING - COMMON BICYCLE LOCATION - COLLECTIVE SWIMMING POOL open from mid-June to mid-September*.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
