Tucked quietly away from Deer Valley Drive, the location is only 1 mile from Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge and Park City's Historic Main Street, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and towns historic charm.
This inviting 1,833-square-foot retreat is ideal for families, offering ample accommodations with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests in beds. The Townhome's layout is designed for relaxation and convenience, beginning with the comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Bedroom 1- Located on the second level, features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level, also offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub setup.
Bedroom 3: Located on the lower level, has two double beds, and there is an additional guest half-bath on the main level.
Living Area: After a day of hiking, golfing, biking, or skiing/boarding, unwind in the cozy living room beneath cathedral ceilings, surrounded by warm wood finishes. Relax on the sofa by the Gas Fireplace with a good book or enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen smart television. For a more peaceful retreat, you can soak in your private hot tub and enjoy the Winter scenery. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is designed with luxury in mind, offering modern appliances, dishes, flatware, bakeware, and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
