The kitchen, completely renovated, is equipped with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, dishwasher ...) and is open to the dining room (table and chairs) and the living room (TV, sofa). A large bay window gives access to the loggia. Bedroom 1 (double bed 160) faces East and benefits from the beautiful view of the sea. A bathroom, also renovated, equipped with a large shower and a washing machine. A separate toilet. Bedroom two faces West (a little overlooked) and equipped with two single beds (90) joined together to form a double bed.
The apartment is on the top floor but there is an elevator. The garage is accessed on level minus 1, by the latter (code to go down). You can enjoy access to the swimming pool, tennis courts and bowling greens.
