A large living room with convertible sofa, an open and equipped kitchen (hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, mini oven) access to garden and terrace. storage with washing machine.
upstairs: a cabin with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a separate bathroom and toilet.
The covered terrace equipped with garden furniture will allow you to enjoy your meals while contemplating an exceptional view of the marine lake and the Pyrenees mountain range with magnificent sunsets over Mont Canigou.
The residence has a large car park behind the building allowing easy and free parking of vehicles. Air conditioner
Swimming pool open from June to September.
It is a place of choice for stays at the water's edge, between the Etang de Salses and the Mediterranean Sea, bringing together tranquility and festivity thanks to the activities of the nearby Place Martinique.
