Come and discover this apartment with its panoramic view of the ocean and the sunset from the glass living room and the balcony.
Thanks to its ideal location, you can do everything on foot if you wish: perfect for enjoying the restaurants, bars, entertainment and other must-see places in our resort.
Located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence with elevator, this apartment has all the equipment and comfort necessary to spend a pleasant stay at Mimizan Plage for a weekend or for the week with family or friends.
It includes on the ground floor an equipped kitchen area (washing machine, induction hob, fridge / freezer, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) open to the living room (television, sofa bed) and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed and a bathroom with WC.
The balcony will offer you in addition to its breathtaking view of the ocean, a superb view of the current.
