BTR#1802 Experience life as an Indian Rocks Beach local when you stay at this modern executive home and cruise on the six-seat golf cart to the white sand beach, 6 pickleball courts and local restaurants and pubs. We provide racquets for pickleball and a Peloton for guests who like to exercise and play while on vacation. Your morning coffee pairs beautifully with a stunning Florida sunrise on the rooftop patio as do sunsets and a cocktail after a day at the beach. For guests traveling with kids, there is a park and the Indian Rocks Nature Preserve directly across the street. For the adventurous, kayaks are provided and can be launched from the preserve. The backyard is truly the gem of Oasis and has a very PRIVATE, HEATED ZERO ENTRY POOL and ample space for larger groups to spread out. The home has 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate larger groups. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs making this house perfect for two families or multiple couples.

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the roof top deck. The home is equipped with digital key access to accommodate arrivals at any time.

I live in Indian Rocks Beach and am available should guests need assistance.

There is off street parking at the house. The house comes with a 6 passenger golf cart for easy trips to the beach, restaurants and bars.

$100 per pet service fee payable upon arrival

Our family moved to Indian Rocks Beach in 2014. We immediately fell in love with the area and all of the opportunities for outdoor recreation. We love all things water: fishing, boating, water skiing, wake boarding and wake surfing. We own and manage several IRB properties so that guests from all over can have the same great experiences.

This property is unique in Indian Rocks Beach. It has the look and feel of Miami, but is on a quiet street across from the beautiful Indian Rocks Nature Preserve. The rooftop deck is perfect for enjoying the gorgeous Florida sunrises and sunsets with your travel companions. It has four bedrooms but can accommodate two families with bedrooms on separate levels for additional privacy. This makes it perfect for two families with children.
