Captivating Flathead Lake Views 6 bd 3.5 bath

Big groups or small, come one and all. This house is set up and ready for you. It has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths on the main floor and 3 bedrooms 1 bath downstairs, both with incredible views. Open floor plan throughout allowing for some seperation between living and kitchen area. Drink your coffee or tea in the morning while enjoying the sunrise from the nook area or take it on the deck. The deck is equipped with an awning offering even more protection to the patio & hot tub below. The perfect place to call home while your here. Private yet close to Blacktail Ski Resort, Whitefish Ski Resort aka Big Mountain, Glacier National Park and of course Flathead Lake which is within walking distance to the brand new Volunteer Park. There is a boat launch in Lakeside & Somers but if you prefer a quieter place where you can also drop anchor and explore West Shore State Park is fantastic and from there Wild Horse Island is just a quick boat ride away. You are also just a short drive away from hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, shopping and so much more. After a long day you can look forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub while taking in the views.

+In the winter months when we have ice and snow, the driveway is plowed but it is still important to have atleast all season tires on your vehicle. The driveway is paved but steep and unavoidably slick in places.+

Misty was the best hostess. Such a very nice, accommodating person. The house was so perfect for a large group and the view was wonderful! There is a large deck facing the lake. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a family reunion at GNP and ten of us stayed at this property. We had a wonderful stay. The house is super clean, it is more spacious and more beautiful than the pictures. Misty did a great job with furniture selection and room decorations. The kitchen is equipped with generous and thoughtful supplies. We woke every morning with gorgeous sunrise lake view, soaked in the jetted hot tub after a long day’s hiking at GNP, sit around the camp fire and enjoyed some smores. Best vacation home ever!

Great Location and Property

This is a smart pick for piling a whole family (young and old) into a summer vacation house. Lots of parking, great beds, and plenty of activities at the house itself. Lakeside is an excellent home base for going to different activities such as visiting Glacier Park, attending some rodeos, or horseback riding. Bigfork and Kalispell are both a reasonable drive away. There are plenty of options for restaurants and coffee, but also the Blacktail Grocery Store for cooking at the house. The kitchen has all the necessities. Flathead Lake is beautiful and the house has a great view.

Wonderful house for gathering

A large enough space for four families to be comfortable yet plenty of communal space for gathering. The view is incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed, including large pots and serving bowls to serve the crowd. Highly recommend this place!

Great views. Lots of space for large groups or families. Several areas so there is plenty of private space. Yard is we’ll keep. We would definitely stay again. We stay at a property each summer to reconnect as a family and this property worked well for us

Lovely Property, Wonderful Stay

The view of the sunrise over the lake from the bedroom was breathtakingly beautiful! The home was clean and comfortable. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub. Check in and check out were simple. Hostess was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Wow!!!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. My husband and I graduated from U of M back in the 80s- our dream was to bring our girls plus their families to explore Montana. This house was perfect- spacious and welcoming. Close to Glacier and other attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly with answers to my questions. Definitely a place worth staying at!

Exceptionally clean with beautiful views!

We choose Misty’s place and it turned out to be perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The house is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, books/board games, comfy beds with linens, and plenty of bath towels. The views of the lake (pictures don’t do it justice) were enjoyed by all, including the amazing hot tubs with it’s strong jets (enjoyed after a long day of hiking and exploring beautiful Montana). We also appreciated the cleanliness of the property, it’s clear the owners care about its condition and maintenance. Don’t hesitate to choose this property, we will certainly be back!

Lakeside getaway!

Perfect place to get away from it all and just enjoy being with the family. To sit in front of the big windows with a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up over the mountains and lake makes is nothing short of amazing!! The privacy of this property is wonderful, you can enjoy a walk in the woods and see tons of wildlife right on the property. The owners are great as well. Misty was there if we needed anything. The house was very well equipped yet Blacktail grocery in Lakeside is only a couple of minutes away. This place would be perfect for a couple of families to stay. Plenty of room for kids and adults to all have their own space. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for our family reunion

Sometimes the photos and details on a vacation rental aren’t the most accurate. But this rental totally lived up to all our expectations. The lake and Mountain View’s were spectacular. Morning sunrise was awesome. The kitchen is fully stocked for 12. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a hit. The fenced front and backyard was appreciated for our 1 dog. We had a surprise welcome gift of salsa, huckleberry jam, and huckleberry candy from the host. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommended this home and would come back in a second.

A beautiful Home

The perfect home for exploring the magical place that’s Flathead Lake.. This home is spacious with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, adequate and comfortable seating, and a spectacular view from every window. Our large family spent many an hour visiting on the deck while watching the mountains and lake change colors with the weather. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating meals. The neighbors are far enough away that you have plenty of privacy. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone, what a treat! The homeowners were generous with all the necessities and they even left a cute welcome basket for us with all the fixings for s’mores. You won’t be disappointed with this vacation property. Enjoy!

Absolutely lovely property with stunning views of Flathead Lake. Well-maintained and appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the hot tub especially the kiddos. A doe and fawns live near the house and Mama sat on the lawn one afternoon watching us in the hot tub (probably in amazement).Great communication from Misty before, during, and after.Amenities in Lakeside are fine for quick runs to the grocery store or pizza. Also a public park provides lake access.Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

A Slice of Heaven

This place was absolutely amazing! Gorgeous views, peaceful atmosphere, clean, quiet, lots of space, great gathering areas. Host was very communicative and thoughtful. We came here for a family vacation (parents, 4 adult children and spouses) and had a wonderful time. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 12 stayed here and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything for cooking, plenty of space for all of us to eat and enjoy the deck. Loved the hot tub. Good location for glacier, 1 hr to west gate. Also loved the state parks around Flathead Lake. Recommend the Shoe restaurant in Polson

What a LOVELY place to be! We had a 3 generation vacation at Misty's place...and the host has truly thought of everything. There was so much space (inside and out!)- our kids loved the games, especially the game room in the garage. We loved the view- drinking coffee on that deck never got old. The only thing to mention is that the internet was slow...but you are also in the mountains- to be expected. Perfect reason to put your devices away and enjoy the company and the view! We will surely be back!

Awesome House for Famiky

The house was awesome. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and had more than enough room for our grown children. We spent evenings and mornings on the deck overlooking the lake. The views are wonderful. We saw deer, turkey and eagles while sitting in the hot tub. This is a must, it was so clean and big! The house was wonderful with more than enough room for everyone to do their own thing. You won’t go wrong staying here! Close to Lakeside and lots of fun things to do and see.
