Things to know
The total price includes the end-of-stay cleaning.
In July-August and for weekly stays: bed linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcases) and one bath towel per person are included in the rental price. Beds are made upon arrival.
For the rest of the year, linen is optional: a flat fee of €300 for the whole group, added via VRBO after booking or through the simplest arrangement. Linen is placed on the beds.

Pool

Terms & Conditions
A rental contract will be sent by email with standard terms and conditions.
You may request to review it before finalizing your reservation via the platform.
A holiday liability insurance certificate is required before the stay. An uncashed security deposit cheque of €1500 (sent by postal mail) will be returned within 15 days after departure.
Tourist tax: €2.61/adult/night, collected by VRBO. Minors are exempt. Please indicate the children’s ages before booking so the correct amount is charged and to avoid any unnecessary payment.

Just steps from the house, enjoy the Atlantic Ocean for surfing, kitesurfing or a refreshing swim, with spots suited to all levels.
The nearby Biscarrosse lake is perfect for paddleboarding, boat rides, inflatable water games or simply relaxing with family.
A 27-hole golf course is just around the corner, and a network of cycle paths takes you through the Landes forest all the way to Arcachon for the more adventurous.
