Enjoy this classic beach house with modern updates in the center of Ocean Beach, accessible by ferry only. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach including chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower. When not beaching it, go for a bike ride or enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Backyard includes multiple seating areas, corn hole, outdoor speakers, and barbecue. Three minute walk into town and ferries, four minutes to the beach with all you need to make memories. Great space for family gatherings with a well equipped house.

Great Stay in Ocean Beach

We had a great time in Ocean Beach. House is clean and even nicer/larger than the pictures. It comfortably fit our group of 12 with the pull-out couch. Very close to downtown/ferry and short walk to the beach.

Fantastic Spot

This house was perfect for our group. Very close to town. The large outdoor area was a plus. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive and helpful. Would rent again!

Perfect August Family Escape!

This house was perfect for us. Two families with 12 year old kids. The house had everything we needed and more. Christine was an excellent host. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time staying in the charming home. The house was spotless and well maintained! Everything we needed for the beach was supplied for us. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking as well. The location was a perfect distance from both the beach and town. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive both before and during our stay.

Great house - clean - stocked and exactly as listed

Had a great week at the snug cozy house! Plenty of room for our 2 families. We were also very happy to have plenty of bikes and a corn hole game which we used each day. Location is kind of right in the middle and a bit closer to town then the beach. The back patio allowed privacy and we never saw anyone else while we were back there. Had a nice big table and a smaller one so there was nice seating for dinner with kids and friends. The house is stocked with all kitchen items and even had many personal items such as bug spray laundry pods and sunscreen which was a very nice touch. Plenty of towels as well. One thing to note is that the full bathroom was outside but honestly it didn’t feel like it since it is just outside the kitchen door, I only mention it because I don’t want anyone to think of it as a negative or deterrent it was easier then using the upstairs bath . I actually liked it better that way so there was less traffic going in and out of the house. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had an AC and fan. the second bathroom is upstairs by the beds. We loved that the house had bunk beds as we have teenagers and it was perfect for a girl room and boy room. Definitely recommend this house. Enjoy to anyone who stays here!

Amazing stay at a beautiful and accommodating beach home!

Everything about this booking was easy and wonderful. From requesting to stay to the communication beforehand/during/after and to the wonderful house and all of the small things within it. The house has a great open floor plan and a huge outdoor space. It's prepped appropriately -- cooking utensils in the kitchen, functional TV w/ Netflix in the living room, tons of towels throughout, functional AC's and fans in every room, gas for the grill, games for rainy days, and even soaps for dishwasher and washer/dryers. The small details really made the trip much easier than we expected. Additionally, the location was great. Right near the Ocean Beach ferry. It's a bit closer to town than to the beach, which worked great for us. Made it simple to hop into town for items, food, coffee, or drinks. We would 100% stay again!

Ocean Beach has so much to offer in the way of shops and restaurants. You can head into town and enjoy all the excitement or escape into the backyard and leave the chaos behind. Remember no cars on Fire Island, only accessible by ferry.
