With the beach steps from your door, you can spend your days lounging on the warm sand and then pop back inside to refresh and grab a quick snack before you head out again. Visit Daytona Beach Main Street Pier, just a mile north, offering amusements, live music, and tasty treats. And eleven miles south, discover the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum along with several restaurants, water sports equipment rentals, and deep sea fishing opportunities.

Daytona 500 2024

The room was clean, nicely renovated with all of the amenities we needed for our weekend stay for the races. We will be back.

Great Spot!

We stayed for a long weekend, and the unit was incredibly clean and very well decorated. We had everything we need, and the pool area is nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Bike Week in Daytona

It was nice and clean, but small. Really just big enough for 2 people. I paid for Ocean front, my room could see the water between 2 trees only by the sand. Was not ocean front.

This is a nice place to stay close to all the main attractions. I suggest fixing the shower drain as it overflows in just a few minutes. This is listed in other reviews. And there is no beach access from facility. over all 4 stars

Could have been better

It looked very clean and nice, but had a lingering smell of weed. I’m just sensitive to smells. There was also construction in the unit right next door until 1:30AM on my first night. I spoke with VACASA managers which have yet to get back with me. They basically only said “I’m sorry that happened.” I’m sorry, that’s not good enough. I definitely would have liked to give a higher rating.

Bait And Switch

We received a notice that our original booking could not be fulfilled due to construction issues. We were offered up 8 different units that were available for the dates we had selected. Although this unit was nice it did not provide a clear view to the ocean. Our original selection was waterfront. I cannot blame this unit for that expectation. This unit however was nice. We liked the modern and cozy feel of the unit. All in all, we had a nice visit to Daytona Beach. If you are seeking something that is convenient to the beach and the attractions this is a good pick for two. Ocean view is a stretch in the description.

Nice but some minor things

Place was pretty nice and close to the beach. It would have been nice upon arrival to have some info on the layout of the facility and the need for the key fob for the pool and beach gate, we figured it out pretty quick but just a minor inconvenience. Also, upon arrival the toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall and we called the front desk and not sure they made note of that. But other than that the place was nice a little small and the beach onsite was not crowded which was a big plus for us.

Fun weekend

The condo was modern and they have wonderful pools and the beach access was awesome … only downside was the shower drain was not great had to turn water off mid shower to allow it to drain related to worried it would run over

So cute..

Although the view wasn’t exactly what we expected, the studio is absolutely adorable. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Daytona :)

Met expectations

This unit was everything that was advertised. I have seen many studios and this one is at the top. The upgraded and updated elements in the unit made you feel so comfortable! I will surely stay here again.

Very nice

The room was very nice but shower did not drain when I went to the front desk and told the person there he gave me a weird look and said okay I'll try to send somebody and nobody was ever sent tried calling the number that was given and nobody never picked up the phone

Miserable

The lock was impossible for me to unlock. I'm glad I had my husband who is tenacious with me because I would have given up and honsetly was not strong enough anyway to open it. You have to push on the door hard and jiggle handle up and down for automatic lock to unlock. Inside has nice upgrades and comfortable bed. We had no hot water our entire stay. The building itself is very old and come to find out there was a leak in their hot water tank. There is eiher none or very poor insulation between units also. We heard everything our neighbors were doing from there TV show at 6am, arguing at midnight and toilet flushing throughout the night. There are three windows and the blinds look cool but do nothing to block out sunlight or the lights that are on the property that are on all night. Vascasa company did voluntarily give us $100 refund due to the hot water issue and that was appreciated. Parking is a nightmare as well. Supposedly there is one car per unit but obviously that is not the case because there was not an empty spot for our unit available. We had to park by front office. We checked in after 830 pm and no one was in office. We did not get towed and got a parking pass the next morning around 830. Can not recommend this unit at all!

Front desk help MIA, general condition of building not good...broken glass, furniture and other items strewn about exterior of property. Took 10 tries to get lock to open with code. Door handle was falling off. Inside of property was musty. Not satisfied. I called 800 customer service number to state I would not be staying there...was promised "local manager call back"...never happened. Called again to request full refund due to conditions at building..was told by customer service "no refund coming". Extremely disappointed. Worst experience on VRBO. I travel 100+ nights/year for business.

VRBO Bowl Game

The only issue we had was the door into the condo and as very difficult to open using the keypad entry. You had to push very hard to open the door as the deadbolt was unlocking the door. We had to call to get the information to do this as we thought we were given the wrong code. We were missing the Kuerig coffee maker that was supposed to be in the condo. I contacted Dave who promptly brought us a brand new one. The previous guest had stolen the last one. Great stay at this location.

Clean and newly renovated place. Super cute inside and worth the price. The heated pool didn’t work and I didn’t see a coffee maker but zero complaints, I would definitely go back here.

I enjoyed my stay

I chose this property because of the photos and the reviews by others. The room met my expectations in person. The location is great and the interior decor is modern and unique. Every detail of the room is well thought out to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I really liked the blue backsplash with led lighting, induction cooktop, full size fridge, and the huge mirror right by the door just to name a few things. And as other reviewers have said, the bed is comfortable. It can really ruin a vacation if you are unable to sleep. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples.

Vacasa: Great getaway !

Great place to stay fir a getaway - within walking distance to several local beachside restaurants/bars walk to pool/ beach - and a bonus breakfast joint in the building Adams Egg that was off the charts for a convenient delicious breakfast.. the condo was clean and well equipped - we only had to buy some coffee pods for the maker - nicely updated like new - comfortable bed and pillows - rare to find in vacay… had an awesome time and will definitely keep in our go-to list for places to getaway ! Thanks for satisfying our expectations.
