Margaret is a wonderful host. Her home is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Really appreciate the little touches and accommodations for dogs. House has everything you need and more. This was our second stay here. Finally got to use the hot tub and it was a great way to relax as the temperature drops at night.

What a beautiful property!! So spacious, clean and had all the amenities and then some !! We relaxed in the hot tub and around the fire pit..The sun room was perfect in the morning with our coffee ! The host was so informative and she checked in a few times before our trip to make sure we were all set ! Definitely would stay again

BEAUTIFUL home with whimsical decorations inside and outside, comfy beds and sofas, great outdoor spaces, stocked kitchen, hot tub, and inviting sunroom! The home has 2 bedrooms on the entry level floor and 2 bedrooms with the common spaces on the upper level. Just something to consider with elderly or physically challenged individuals. Love that this home is pet friendly and provides bowls, beds, toys, towels, and treats for your fur babies. Quick, responsive, and friendly host with easy instructions. Close to all we wanted to do and the host provided an Empire Pass allowing free entry to Keuka Lake State Park. Host provided plenty of linens, towels, and paper products. We had some rainy days and had plenty of games to keep us occupied. Would highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 1 dog. There was plenty of space to spread out and comfortable gathering areas where we could all spend time together. The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy, and the sunroom was a favorite spot for reading, relaxing, and catching up while enjoying the beautiful views of the yard and lake. We loved seeing deer and other wildlife during our stay.The family room had an extremely comfortable couch and became our evening gathering place. Perfect for afternoon naps too! The 2 outdoor decks and hot tub added to the experience. Margaret was a fantastic host. She checked in before our arrival and again during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which was greatly appreciated.The location was excellent. It is close to great restaurants, hiking trails, ice cream shops, and several charming Finger Lakes towns to explore.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning the next time we visit the Finger Lakes region.

Margaret is an amazing host and great to work with. She truly cares about her guests that stay at her home and provides a home away from home. Everything is truly available and we didn't lack anything. We just had to go buy our food. The view was wonderful. We even had a deer cross the yard in the middle of the day to visit. Our dogs were treated to treats, beds, and more dog toys than they knew what to do with. There were games for inside and out which provided family fun. We enjoyed the hot tub on several occasions along with sitting on the two available decks. The location was great. The entire house was beautiful and comfortable for our family. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Great property with nice amenities

The property was very clean and very well stocked for the weekend. The hot tub was very nice to have and the location is very convenient to town and several food options and wineries. It was perfect for our weekend getaway.

Family time in a great location

The house was great and had everything we needed for the week. Super clean, with plenty of room to spread out, but cozy spaces to enjoy as well. We like to cook together and found the kitchen well stocked. And the location was very convenient for groceries, gasoline and as a starting point for day trips.

The house was extremely clean and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect getaway to celebrate my sisters birthday. Margaret was a great owner and very attentive before and during our stay. The property was well maintained with all you would need for a weekend stay. Margaret was very accommodating and accessible with information on best restaurants and vineyards. I would recommend this property for any family or group gathering.
