The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom and a fully equipped and functional kitchen. Bathroom + separate toilet
Appartement highly appreciated windsurfers because they will have only a few steps to reach the marine lake,

A large parking lot is at the disposal of the tenants behind the residence; (Places not numbered).

Close to your residence, a few steps away, the restaurant BUENA VISTA awaits you: view of the pool and the beach of the marine lake
In a few minutes' walk you can reach Place de la Martinique.
A bakery/grocery, tobacco/press, laundry facilities, restaurants, bars and glaciers are available during the summer months.
Markets, concerts, shows also animate the place in season, for the happiness of young and old.
In addition, you will have:
an aquatic area with 3 pools, a swimming pool of 25m, a 15m basin where you can practice aquagym and aqua bike during the summer season and finish a playground for the youngest.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is handed over to you upon arrival.
