Perfect place to relax after a full day exploring the Rockies! OUT OF BOUNDS apartment is a 2Bedroom/1 bath unit on the main floor of Banff Boundary Lodge. The Unit sleeps comfortably 6 people and features an open living space, in floor heating, new A/C system, a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 1King and 2 Queen size beds and a newly renovated bathroom. Amenities include: Wifi, Cable TV, A/C, shared outdoor hot tub, BBQ Grills, Firepit area, laundry facilities and plenty of free parking.

Excellent location, sparkling clean

Silvia’s home is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Her descriptions and communication are excellent, and the location was perfect for traveling into Banff, Canmore, and beyond. We cooked several meals and did laundry during our 5-day stay; the kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry room was easy to operate. The beds were very comfortable too. We highly recommend, and would gladly return.

Location Location Location!

The location of this place is absolutely perfect for those wanting to experience all the beauty of the area. We had our own rental car and we could t have askes for a more convenient home base.

Spacious VRBO for family of 6

Great accommodations including 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. It was situated perfectly between Canmore (for gas and groceries) and Banff. My kids loved access to the hot tub. Checkout requirements were simple and easy! It would have been nice to have a larger refrigerator, but we made do. It would also have helped to have an in unit washer and dryer instead of the community coin-operated laundromat. Since we didn’t have Canadian money and had an in unit washer and dryer at our next stop, we delayed laundering rather than using an app to pay. All in all, it was a great experience for our family of 6.

Nice getaway

We were looking for a quick getway as a family before everyone returned to school and work after the holidays. The location is ideal, with quick access to Banff Natl Park and to Canmore. Silvia was very easy to communicate with and when we had a small "snag" was very quick to respond and offer up a solution.It was greatly appreciated. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely consider staying here again if/when we return to the area as a family.

Clean & comfortable!

We had a great stay! The location is very close (5-10 min?) to the towns of Canmore and Banff for eating and shopping. Very close to Banff Park as well. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the shower and bathroom, and the shared hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking! We had everything we needed to cook some meals and relax and was overall a lovely stay.

Great Location to Explore

There were three of us on this trip. No pets this time, I don't know if they are allowed in this property. I didn't check that. This was a wonderful home base for exploring the area. Canmore is just down the road, if you need groceries. Sylvia and Clayton had little cart with coffee and teas. We even brought out the well loved pack of Go Fish cards on a lazy morning. We really appreciated that. The condo is in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Perhaps it is the long drive talking, but it did take us a minute to find the 100 building (directly behind the 200 building up front). When we go back, we would love to stay there again. We had a lovely trip

Great spot!

We loved this place! A little quieter than Canmore, but closer to skiing and hikes! Communication was amazing with the hosts and it had everything we needed to be our home away from home for the ling weekend! Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodations!

Silvia was a pleasure to speak to in regards to renting her property. She returned my messages very promptly. The condo was in an excellent location between Banff and Canmore. It was homey and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Convenient and very nice 2 BR

Impressed and pleasantly surprised by this 2BR. Well kept, clean, nicely stocked, plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Excellent, easy to follow instructions and communication from owners. Very convenient to Canmore and Banff. Have never thought of staying in Harvie Heights. Would definitely stay and consider for another visit. Neighbours above moved around noisily occasionally, but that’s hit or miss. Would recommend this 2BR.

Comfortable place to stay

It was a nice place to stay! More affordable than Banff but a short drive away. The BBQ was a nice feature as we used it to prepare our supper one evening.

It is a very family friendly cozy apartment within the Banff Boundary Lodge condo grounds. The condo is nicely located outside Canmore at a easy driving/biking distance from Canmore or Banff. We like the peaceful setting and the ability of walking on the trails on the back of the property with our family.
