After a walk to the famous central market of Royan, you can prepare your meals in the newly renovated kitchen area of this flat! At your disposal a vitro hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a table top fridge...
The night part has a room with a bed in 160cm and a closet.
You will love the bathroom with Italian shower redone to new! (folding shower seat available).
The whole completed by an independent toilet.
The parking is in the street.
TERRACE - TERRACE FURNITURE - SHOPS AND BEACH NEARBY - PARKING ON THE STREET - PETS NOT ALLOWED
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 ⏠per stay within the limits of available stock
