Welcome to the lovely Villa in Glenbrook Resort! It's in Clermont, Central Florida, and not far from Walt Disney World. This is the perfect place for your Florida vacation. The villa is about 1600 square feet, and it has air conditioning. The deck faces east and has a covered Lanai with lots of seats, a big private swimming pool, and a jacuzzi/spa that's heated by both solar power and electricity. It's a great spot to enjoy the sunny weather in Florida.

Inside, there are four big bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King bed, nightstands, a dresser, a closet, and a private bathroom with a separate tub, shower, toilet, and two vanities. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have doors that go right out to the pool deck. There's also a Twin room with a Disney theme, with a nightstand, dresser, and closet, another Twin room with similar things, and a Queen room with nightstands, a dresser, and a closet. The second bathroom has a shower in the tub, a vanity, and a toilet.

The living room has a cozy seating area and a big flatscreen TV. Right next to it, there's a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. You can easily go out to the pool deck from there. The garage is now a fun games room with a pool table, dartboard, and air hockey table.

The villa is decorated nicely, with free high-speed internet and free calls to the USA and Canada. It was recently renovated and now has new vinyl plank flooring and some updated furniture.

We're here to help if you need anything, in person or over the phone. Keep in mind that adding heat to the pool/spa is not included in the nightly rate, but you can do it for a small fee each day.

The villa is in the Glenbrook Community in Clermont, which is a great place. The community has its own clubhouse with a tennis court, a gym, a volleyball field, and a kids' playground. There are grocery shops, supermarkets, and good restaurants nearby, some within walking distance.

Glenbrook is a nice community off US 27 with resort-style amenities. Guests can use a communal swimming pool area with plenty of chairs, a clubhouse with a pool table, air hockey, and table tennis. There are also outdoor spaces like a volleyball court and a gym. Plus, there's a fun playground for kids.

You can park two cars in the driveway.
