Kathy, please tell your hubby that I discovered that the A/C was somehow moved to "Temporary Hold". I plan to check with the HVAC people to find out if that would cause a delay in it kicking on. I always set it on "Hold" and it was changed. I am having no problem since I got home. Many blessings to you all!

As you and VRBO know, the rating I gave below is inaccurate, but VRBO would not allow me to fix my mistake. I am happy that you gave me a 5/5 star rating and said it was "Property very nice. Very comfortable". I hope you appreciated the padded toilet seats. You didn't see the coffee maker on the counter next to the toaster, blender, electric hot water pot and toaster oven? Hello Kathleen, Thank you for your perspective. Telling me ahead of time about any mobility issues I would have explained, and did send pictures the week of your visit, of the slight incline to access your private entrance, then you could have selected another location. Happy New Year! Ran

My guests are left with many more pieces of equipment than most guests. If a particular pot was needed and the need was communicated I would have given you access immediately. As I went out of my way to accommodate a three hour earlier check in time. The soap is what came from the store.

Angela and her party were wonderful guests during their stay, and left the house very nice. Communication was mostly good. I would host them again if they would please read and follow the house rules about garbage, etc. better. I post them on the entry area for easy access. They left six (6) 13 gallon trash bags of garbage, which I don't have a limit on. I did wonder if garbage had been brought in from another location. The recycle house rules are very clear to meet county requirements. I spent 45 minutes going through the trash to meet county requirements. The 16 x 16 red brick steps are placed carefully close together for easy access on a slightly steep incline, and so the guest isn't walking on the pebble and grass areas. Much better than I have experienced when booking other properties. Go Cougs at whatever bowl game!
